VACCINATION & TESTING

All participants must prove either:

 * Full vaccination

 * Covid immunity

 * Negative lateral flow test within 24 hours of arrival to the event

 * Negative PCR test within 72 hours of arrival to the event

This is the Certified Safe protocol from the UK Association of Exhibition
Organisers.


GOVERNMENT REGULATION AND GUIDANCE

Terrapinn strictly adheres to all national, provincial and local government
regulation and guidance.


VENUE AND EVENT FACILITIES

The venue is committed to the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness,
with continuous cleaning throughout the event. Personal hygiene stations will be
available across the venue and airflow will be enhanced.


CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

We will continually update all customers with any changes to attendance
protocols.


TESTING FOR TRAVEL

If you require a day 2 or day 8 PCR test, we would recommend taking the test at
the airport on arrival.

TESTING FOR ENTRY TO THE VENUE

If you do not have a valid PCR or lateral flow test and cannot prove full
