TERMS OF SERVICE

I am not a lawyer so these terms will be written in plain english and should be
very easy to understand.1. Timeframes.
We aim to build a website within 3-5 business days from initial payment. And
updates to your site within 1-2 business days. If we are running behind we will
do our best to notify you in the client portal.2. Website Changes/Updates.
You will have the ability to submit a service request in the client portal 3x
per month. These include mostly minor changes like modifications to information,
adding images, or similar minor changes to your site.3. Payment and
Cancellations
Payments via credit card using Stripe. Cancel your monthly subscription anytime
in the client portal. Your website will be "archived" for 3 months before being
deleted.4. Refusal of Work
We reserve the right to refuse any website project for any reason. And will not
build websites around the following subject matter:
Unlawful or violates the law
Threatening or abusive
Libelous or defamatory
Invasive of privacy or publicity rights
Pornographic or "Adult" content
Encouraging of criminal conduct or activity
Infringing on another's trademarks or intellectual property5. Liability
Limitations
We will not be liable for any damages or profits lost because of website
downtime or similar. We run on hosted servers that are mostly out of our
control.
