MCLUB SERVICE POOR
“The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was excellent and
friendly. However, the MCLUB was very disappointing; the food was
disgusting compared to the other MCLUB. The evening reception featured
macaroni and cheese. The chef responsible for planning the menu should be
replaced.”

STAFF SO NICE AND HELPFUL
I can't say enough good things about Ally who helped us with the late
check-in. She was so nice. And also Nina in the breakfast lounge- we were
doing a college visit at UT and she was so helpful and sweet - gave us some
snacks for the day!

OVER PRICED & BLIND SIDED MANDATORY VALET FEE
We booked late over the phone getting off the highway for the night. No
mention of $35 mandory valet parking when booking. Room was tiny and very
plan for what we were charged for a short night. There wasn’t even
complementary drinking water in the room. Will never stay at this hotel
brand ever again.

FORCED VALET IS A SHAKEDOWN
The hotel was fine. Room was comfortable and in a central location, but the
forced valet parking situation is horrible. For $35 per day, I would like
to have instant access to my car. And the constant texts about tipping is a
nuisance. The suggested tip is $7.50?!? Minimum $5?!? For what? A service i
dont need and didn't request? Oh, and no points earned for dollars spent on
parking?? I needed something from my car, so first I had to notify the
attendant and then wait. Then there was a problem with the attendants
access card. So what should have taken me 5 minutes, took 15. Then I'm
asked to tip again? Then I needed to leave for pur event and couldnt figure
out how to request my car. Why? Dont know, so had to call front desk n
request car. Again, I could have walked to my car in 5 minutes. Now I gotta
tip again? I needed access to my car 3 times, so im supposed to tip every
time? So the parking fee is actually closer to $50 per day. It's a scam and
a shakedown. I will never stay at this location again for this reason.

$50 FOR ONE HOUR OF INTERNET
I am a silver elite member and received 3 charges (totaling $50) for one
hour of internet. I called the front desk after receiving my bill and she
said she saw that it all transpired in one hour on one night of my stay.
She stated that this is probably due to the system logging out and logging
back in. She said this has happened to several others but there was nothing
she could do about it.

GREAT STAFF, GREAT LOCATION.
The staff was outstanding. Services were excellent. The guestroom was the
only disappointment due to a lack of a work desk. Also, the TVs near the
elevator lobby on the 11th Floor were unkept with cords hanging out. Also,
the TVs were not on which made this area feel uncared for.
