     NO BETTER PLACE TO STAY IN ALBANY
     
     Staff, rooms, food, amenities & cleanliness are all top notch. Food (well,
     just the wings), from Wellington's has been better prior to this stay (I
     order the same thing every time, and I ordered it twice this time, and both
     times were undercooked: asian chicken wings). Caesar salad and charred
     brussel sprouts, and wine selection were amazing. There was a dirty towel
     in my shower, like someone had used it for a men's haircut, but I had
     plenty of other clean towels, so no big deal. Undercooked wings and hairy
     towel are the reason I marked it good instead of excellent. Otherwise, I
     always stay here and it usually is excellent. I will definitely stay again.

         a little more quieter in the area. Next time you are in the local area

     The staff are not welcoming or warm, they acknowledge you and check you in
     but they have this air of annoyance to them, like you are inconveniencing
     them.
     
     The rooms are run down, my expensive corner room had large stains in the
     carpet and the furniture. You can plug your computer in at the desk because
     all the outlets are blocked up and almost inaccessible.
     
     Hosting a business meeting here is tough, and they force you to use their
     catering which is awful.
     
     It’s really unfortunate, this hotel could be so much more. It’s also sad
     that as a Titanium level Elite member I feel more welcome at a thruway
     Residence in than I do in this historic building/high end hotel.

     Horrible experience and I will not be looking to stay here in the future.
     After my encounter, the employee was still allowed to continue to serve
     other people, at which time several others felt totally disrespected by his
