Broadwalk Edgware Log in HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF THE BROADWALK SITE AND EDGWARE TOWN CENTRE The redevelopment of The Broadwalk Centre site represents a once in a generation opportunity to bring forward a proposal that enhances Edgware Town Centre, whilst providing homes, open space, leisure, workspace and retail for the entire community. Before we, Ballymore, bring forward any proposals, we're asking the local community to tell us how you feel about the Broadwalk Centre site, the immediate area around Edgware Station and the Town Centre. We want to understand your needs, priorities and concerns, all of which will shape any future proposals for this site. We are in the very early stages of the process, so want local people who know Edgware best, to tell us how we can improve the area and to input on the proposals as they develop at each stage. Kind regards, The Edgware Town Centre team Posted on 20th December 2023 by Edgware Town Centre team LAUNCH OF THE SECOND PHASE OF OUR COMMONPLACE WEBSITE As you know, since early 2021, we have been engaging with the local Edgware community on emerging proposals to redevelop the Broadwalk Centre and Edgware Bus Station. Today, we are pleased to announce the launch of the next phase of our website which you can access at broadwalkedgware.commonplace.is – please note that the website you are currently on will not contain the updates, so please be sure to add the new link to your bookmarks so you don’t miss out on any updates going forward! The new phase of the website provides a summary of the feedback we have gathered over the first year of engagement with the community and contains further detail on our development principles for the site. You will also be able to answer interactive polls throughout the website so that you can share your thoughts about what you’d like to see in the area. Over the coming year, we will continue engaging with the community on the emerging masterplan proposals. The first consultation on these will be in the Spring, and we will be updating the new website with more information on how you can have your say on these proposals soon, including dates and times for in-person drop-in sessions. Keep your eyes peeled for more information soon! The new website is your one-stop-shop for information on the project going forward, so please do sign up for updates on our ‘News’ page if you’d like to be kept in the loop. Alternatively, if you have any questions about the website or on the proposals in general, don’t hesitate to contact us at edgware@ballymoregroup.com.
