Billing, an old time basketballer and dodgy guitar player.

With over 30 years of experience in architecting and operating billing systems,
Kerry has an intimate knowledge of our systems and processes. She is the heart
of Active Billing.

SYSTEMS ANALYST

Eitan has an extensive history in operating some of the worlds largest billing
systems for some of the largest telecommuincations companies across the globe.
Pragmatic with an uncanny ability to identify issues before they arise, no one
manages a project like Eitan.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Darren's background is in video conferencing and customer support. He has been a
foundational member of the Active Billing team since joining us in 2005. Driven
to serve, he brings his passion for customer service to matching clients needs

Col has in excess of 30 years of experience in managing telco billing systems,
and their teams, for some of the largest carriers in Australia. What he doesn't

Active Billing will not collect any information about individuals, except where
it is specifically and knowingly provided by them. Information gathered is
solely to allow us to provide our services to you. Such information is
considered private and will not be made available to third parties, except as
required by law.

Active Billing may store the following information so that it can provide
services to you and your End Users (hereafter jointly and severally called “You”
and or “Your”).

 * Your name, address and other contact information
 * Your current and previous credit card details (in encrypted form)
 * Your account history, including invoices and payments
 * Your internet connection history, including IP addresses
 * Your username and password
 * Other information related to the provision of individual services to You such
   as IP addresses and other details (“Your Data”)

Active Billing staff, contractors and You may be provided with access to Your
Data for the purposes of service provision, billing, issue resolution and audit.

Active Billing stores all information securely on non-publically accessible
servers. Access is strictly limited to Active Billing operators and via our
interfaces to our customers and their clients. Credit card details are securely
encrypted. Rigorous backup procedures are in place to ensure the safety of Your
data.

An End User may access their own information on our servers, if you give them
permission to do so, for the purposes of account payment, service query, or
other functions enabled by you.
