FACILITIES AT SAMSIDH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, HORAMAVU

‘International Yoga Day’ holds great relevance as it serves as a global platform
to promote the practice of yoga and raise awareness about its numerous benefits

interconnected world, stress has become a prevalent issue affecting individuals
worldwide. Yoga offers techniques and practices that promote mindfulness,
relaxation, and stress reduction. By highlighting International Yoga Day,
awareness is raised about the importance of incorporating mindfulness practices
into daily life to manage stress effectively.

At Samsidh, we consistently place emphasis on practices that promote physical
and mental well-being. This includes mindfulness practices, expressing
gratitude, writing down three good things daily, and engaging in acts of
