Thanks to your support, our business has grown in the last few years. In order
to continue providing the same level of service to you, your family and friends,
we have merged with The Modern Real Estate Team. We are excited to work with a
team that is aligned in our values, customer service, professionalism, and fun
nature! And have no fear, we will continue to be your primary REALTORS®,
offering you the same quality service you have come to know and expect from our
team.

We’ve had the privilege of working alongside Saira Reynolds* and The Modern Real
Estate Team for many years and it’s the perfect fit for us. To learn more about

We will continue to be the real estate team you trust for life, just with a new

SARAH WEST


UNLICENSED ASSOCIATE

After over a decade in real estate, Sarah has retired her real estate license.
She and Bill joined the Modern Team to better serve their clients and their
clients continue to receive the exceptional level of client care they have grown
accustomed to. Sarah is thrilled the Modern Team will continue her legacy of
professionalism, integrity, knowledge and excellent problem solving and
negotiation skills. Sarah’s next chapter involves spending more time with
family, getting back to her love of travel and outdoor adventures.

While Sarah is not able to provide real estate advice at this time, she is still
involved with connecting clients to the Team for real estate services.

BILL ETHIER


UNLICENSED ASSOCIATE

Bill became a REALTOR in 2006 and retired in 2022 after a long and successful
career. Bill joined the Modern Team and brought with him a history of taking
over the Properties in Victoria Professionals Real Estate Team in 2006, being
President and Co-owner of Royal LePage Coast Capital Realty for 5 years and a
Director at the Victoria Real Estate Board for 3 years. Bill stepped back into
full time sales in 2018 and he and Sarah merged their business with the Modern
Team to better serve their clients. Bill can step back from real estate now
knowing the Modern Team provides the same level of service and real estate
advice that he provided to clients for over 16 years. Bill is looking forward to
spending more time on his bike, travelling and seeing what the next chapter
brings.

Bill is not able to provide real estate advice at this time, he is still
involved with connecting clients to the team for real estate services.

PAT MEADOWS


UNLICENSED ASSOCIATE

Pat has been in the Victoria real estate industry since 1994 after spending
twenty-five years in the telecommunications industry. Pat has a passion for real
estate and is constantly evolving with forward-thinking sales and marketing
techniques. Pat’s long time success has been achieved through his attitude to be
innovative and constantly improving his marketing and communication skills. One
of his passions has been to embrace the technological advancements that lend
themselves to improving the marketing of real estate. He believes the exposure
of properties via the Internet, and multiple print ad publications, plus
innovation and understanding of these mediums is vital to having a successful
total marketing program to sell your property. Pat’s success has been
acknowledged with many awards over the years by the real estate industry but
more importantly, his clients know he cares and will work tirelessly for them.

When not doing real estate, you can find Pat listening to music, fishing,
catching up with friends over coffee, riding his bike and reading about new
technology. Pat is never sitting still and always has a good joke on hand. Pat
recently retired but is still working with the team as a consultant.


SHAREN WARDE


UNLICENSED ASSOCIATE

Sharen’s career in real estate spans 24 successful and rewarding years. Her
achievements in sales have been recognized with many awards. She has continually
achieved the Royal LePage Diamond Award, representing the top 3% in the industry
as well as the Victoria Real Estate Gold Award representing the top 10%.

Her previous career in law as a Legal Assistant, prior to entering the real
estate industry, has given her considerable expertise and knowledge in all
aspects of the industry.

Sharen was the Victoria representative of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation as
well being on the National “Agents of Agents”, which was committed to raising
funds for women’s Shelters in Canada.

Sharen recently retired but is still working with the team as a consultant.
