ABOUT YOUR APPLE MAC EXPERT

I am an Apple based computer technician, an Apple based computer consultant and
a sometimes Apple technology tragic. I am based on the Central Coast, NSW.
Whilst most of my contemporaries have crossed over to take advantage of the
support needs provided in such abundance in the Microsoft Windows world I
decided to devote myself the Apple Computer community. I have been providing
Apple Computer support to the Central Coast NSW for more than ten years and the
Sydney community for more than twenty years. I have been working with Apple
Macintosh computers since 1992. I have been servicing Apple Macintosh computers
since 1994. In my 25 years of experience assisting people with computers I have
found the computers are always the problem and the people who use them are the
solution, not the other way around.

As GK Mac Support, I am an independent sole trader, so when it comes to sales
advice & consultancy you can rest assured the information is coming from me,
based on personal experience with the hardware, software or service provider. I
can advise you on Apple technology before you buy, whether it is a Mac Pro,
iMac, iMac Pro, Mac Mini, MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iPad, iPhone, Apple
Watch, Apple TV or HomePod.

I am also an integration expert. Apple products can thrive in non-Apple
environments regardless of the age of the environment. Sometimes customers know
what products might be a good match for their needs in this regard and sometimes
not. I can take the guess work out of that scenario. Moving from PC to Mac or
Mac to PC can be a daunting task or experience. I can manage the process for you
or help you with a check list to make the task easier.

I have noticed many customers will put up with software or operating system
anomalies for weeks, months, sometimes years. Many customers will find a work
around for software problems without dealing with the underlying problem. Often
this will result in the Apple Mac struggling with day to day tasks. It can also
result in very slow start up and shutdown.
