Since our inception, Five-S has never had an OSHA recordable injury. For the
past three years, we have worked the following man hours:

2017: 103,093

Five-S has an exemplary safety record. Our Experience Modification Rate (EMR)
for the last three years is as follows:

2019: 0.81
2018: 0.82
2017: 0.82
