In recognition of National Small Business Week, we at Clear Mountain Bank want
to express our sincere appreciation for our local businesses.

In recent months, we have seen, first-hand, the strength and resilience of our
local businesses, as our entire team has worked tirelessly to help our customers
and communities overcome these new challenges. Our entire team worked tirelessly
to help provide over 1,300 COVID relief requests, including 705 PPP loans, which
impacted nearly 5,000 local jobs.

following your passion, demonstrating your resilience, and being the backbone of
our communities.

ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING UNAVAILABLE WEEKEND OF AUGUST 7TH

During the weekend of August 7-10, SmartLink online banking and the Clear
Mountain Mobile app will be largely unavailable as we perform system
enhancements. We expect downtime for these systems to begin around 4:30 pm on
Friday, August 7th. These systems will remain down, with some intermittent
access, through the weekend and should become operational again by noon on
Monday, August 10th.

If the systems are accessed during a period of intermittent availability, please
be aware that users will have inquiry only account access. Services such as
Transfers, Bill Pay, and Zelle® will not be available for the duration of the
weekend.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and look forward to the
opportunity of providing additional services to our valued customers in the near
future as a result of these upgrades.
