What are the eligibility criteria to be featured in the TikTok Holiday Emporium?

 1. Your TikTok account must be and remain in good standing and abide by our
    community guidelines and advertising policies.
 2. Your business establishment must be located within the United States or
    Canada.
 3. Your products must be for sale through an e-commerce platform and your
    business must become a TikTok Shop Merchant by Oct 1. Please be advised that
    brands that exclusively sell through Instagram are ineligible.
 4. Your TikTok account has not been previously deactivated because of any legal
    infringement or breach of any of our established policies. Unauthorized
    endeavors to access or procure information are strictly prohibited and must
    not be undertaken.



What will my business receive if it's selected for the TikTok Holiday Emporium?

Should you be selected to be featured in the TikTok Holiday Emporium Gift Guide
and opt-in to the program, you will be added to the The TikTok Holiday Emporium
Gift Guide -- an online experience designed to showcase businesses' TikTok
Shops.. Depending on your selected package, you may also have the opportunity to
be featured in TikTok marketing campaigns, a Success Story, and be included in a
TikTok creator video opportunity as components of the TikTok Holiday Emporium.

Your business will enjoy exposure in the TikTok Holiday Emporium. It will be
featured in the TikTok Holiday Emporium Gift Guide TikTok Shop destination
curated with your TikTok Shop. There will also be an opportunity for
influencer-led TikTok videos, a chance to be featured in a "hero" video
distributed across TikTok For Business channels, and a potential opportunity to
be highlighted in TikTok Emporium Gift Guide PR and Communications if eligible.
Internally, your participation will be promoted to TikTok employees through
internal channels. These opportunities aim to give your business a spotlight
during the TikTok Holiday Emporium.

You are only eligible to receive benefits from one of the two packages should
you meet the minimum ad spend and product adoption criteria: "Silver," and
"Gold." Details below:

“Silver” package requirements:

All of the following are required to earn the "Silver" package benefits


 * Must have a TTS set up by Oct 1, 2024
 * Launch Shop Ads for your TikTok Shop
 * Can be Video Shopping Ads, Live Shopping Ads, or Product Shopping Ads or any
   combination of the three
 * Build Audiences: Spend $2.5k (min) on Shop Ads from Oct 1 - Nov 1.
 * Peak Holiday: Spend $10k (min) on Shop Ads from Nov 1. to Dec 31.
 * Must be based in US
 * Adhere to all applicable TikTok Ad Policies
 * Must qualify as a "small-to-medium sized business ("SMB") as determined
   solely by TikTok

“Gold” package requirements:

All of the following are required to earn the "Gold" package benefits

 * Must have a TTS set up by Oct 1, 2024
 * Launch Shop Ads for your TikTok Shop
 * Can be Video Shopping Ads, Live Shopping Ads, or Product Shopping Ads or any
   combination of the three
 * Build Audiences: Spend $4.5k (min) on Shop Ads from Oct 1 - Nov 1.
 * Peak Holiday: Spend $15k (min) on Shop Ads from Nov 1. to Dec 31.
 * Must be based in US
 * Ad policy / account clearance
 * Must qualify as a "small-to-medium sized business ("SMB") as determined
   solely by TikTok

You will need to meet the minimum ad spend and/or product adoption criteria
between October 1 and December 31 (inclusive) to qualify for the offer. Only the
paid bill amount (excluding taxes or any other charges) will be considered to
determine eligibility.


Can I claim more than one package if I am eligible and qualify for more than
one?

No. You are only eligible for and may only claim one (1) package. If you enter
and qualify for more than one (1) package, you will be awarded the "highest"
tier package (e.g., if you enter and qualify for both "Gold" and "Silver"
packages, you will be awarded a "Gold" package).



How will I know if my business has been selected to be featured in the TikTok
Holiday Emporium, and what is the confirmation process?

This is a limited-time offer available to selected, qualified businesses. You
will receive an email or in-app notification from TikTok For Business if you are
selected for the offer within three weeks of your application submission and
will need to claim the offer to be confirmed.


In the event you are eligible and accept the offer subject to the "Terms and
Conditions" governing TikTok's Holiday Emporium, you acknowledge that your brand
will be featured within TikTok's "Holiday Emporium" and related gift guide. You
hereby grant to TikTok a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, fully paid,
royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to distribute, display, and
otherwise use your trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, and any other
content or intellectual property as well as any brand testimonials and quotes
(including any testimonials and/or quotes from your employees) (collectively,
the “Brand IP”), solely related to TikTok's Holiday Emporium Gift Guide
including, without limitation on the gift guide, via all means and media
(including, without limitation, paid media), and languages, for any purpose.



When and how will the ad credits be applied, and what are the terms and
conditions associated with it?

Provided all requirements and obligations are met, the ad credits will be
applied to your TikTok Ads Manager (TTAM) account on or before January 31, 2025.
If the ad credits are not fully utilized, they will automatically expire on
March 31, 2025.

The coupon or ad credits are exchangeable only towards the cost of advertising
with TikTok and are not transferable to a third party or exchangeable for cash.


The ad credits are subject to all applicable TikTok policies, terms, agreements,
and other requirements necessary for you to access and use the ad credits and
TTAM (the "Ad Policies"). You hereby agree and acknowledge that you shall adhere
to all applicable ad policies, including, without limitation, participating in
TTAM onboarding and creating a TTAM account. You may not transfer ad credits to
any third party, including, without limitation, your affiliates. Additional
terms apply.



Are there any fees or costs associated with applying for or being featured in
the TikTok Holiday Emporium Gift Guide?

No fees or costs are associated with applying for the TikTok Holiday Emporium
Gift Guide.



What is the deadline for the application and selection process?

The final deadline for the application and selection process to be featured in
the TikTok Holiday Emporium Gift Guide is September 30, 2024 If you would like
to be considered to be featured for the Holidays, you must apply by September
30, 2024. Additionally, you must meet the minimum spend and/or product adoption
criteria between October 1 and December 31, 2024 (inclusive) to qualify for the
packages on offer.



Do I need to have a certain number of followers, likes, or engagement on TikTok
to be considered?

No, but you must have a TikTok account for your business, a TikTok Shop and your
TikTok account must be in "good standing" with our community guidelines and
defined Ad Policies.



How long will my business be featured in the guide, and what happens after the
holiday season?

Your business will be featured in the TikTok Holiday Emporium Gift Guide
from November 18, 2024 until the closure of the TikTok Holiday Emporium Gift
Guide December 31, 2024. However, if the minimum spend and/or product adoption
criteria between October 1 and December 31 are not met, your business will not
be eligible for the benefits.



What creative assets will I need to provide for the campaign?

 * High-resolution brand logo
 * Your TikTok Advertiser ID
 * Your TikTok Shop code and preferred product
 * High-resolution photo of featured product/service
 * Preferred TikTok video from profile
 * Brand bio (200 words or less)
 * If applicable, you may be asked to send your product to be featured in a
   TikTok video



Are there any additional terms and conditions of the TikTok Holiday Emporium
Gift Guide I should be aware of?

Yes. Please note that when applying for and participating in the TikTok Holiday
Emporium, you acknowledge and consent to the fact that TikTok cannot guarantee
an increase in website traffic or sales. Furthermore, you are aware that the
rewards associated with inclusion in TikTok marketing campaigns, a Success
Story, and creator hero assets as part of the TikTok Holiday Emporium Gift Guide
are contingent upon potential opportunities and do not carry any guaranteed
assurances. Inclusion in influencer/creator-based gift guide content is
predicated upon influencer/creator approval and is not assured. Additionally, it
is imperative that your TikTok account has not been previously disabled due to a
violation of the law or any of TikTok's policies. Unauthorized access or
information collection is strictly prohibited.
