HOW IT
WORKS



01. PURCHASE
YOUR TICKET ONLINE

You will receive a confirmation email and e-ticket. Please keep hold of these
and do NOT delete them. You will be asked for your car registration and will be
allocated a time slot for arrival.

02. SHOW STAFF
YOUR E-TICKET

When arriving at the Entry Gate please show Security Staff your booking
confirmation email.

03. PARK YOUR
CAR SAFELY

You will be directed by staff to the Car Park. Once parked up you will join a
socially distanced queuing system for entering the Arena.

04. GUIDED TO
PERSONAL PLATFORM

Our staff will direct you to your personal area where you can enjoy this special
show.

05. FOOD & DRINK
COLLECTED

Collect your food and drink on arrival. If you didn't get the chance to
pre-order then order on site when you arrive!

06. ENJOY THE SHOW
AND EXIT SAFELY

When the show ends please keep your distance from others, our staff will direct
you back to your car and you will be given directions to safely exit the site.
Please be patient and please be safe.

Virgin Money Unity Arena is based at Gosforth Park, just a 5 minute drive from
central Newcastle. With the A1 motorway just minutes away, it makes for the
perfect location to host the wide variety of events we’ll offer.

Gosforth Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 5HP.

Virgin Money Unity Arena is a fully accessible site, with dedicated disabled
access, meaning everyone can enjoy the show!

Pre-ordered drinks packages are available for all shows.

SAFETY FOR
ALL ATTENDEES



We know how essential it is to maintain social distancing right now so we’ve
made sure there will be lots of space for all.

Cars will be parked safely 2 metre distance from each other and attendees will
be guided to their own private viewing area, again with a 2 metre area around
them, so you can be rest assured that you will enjoy the experience of the
performance with a safe distance from other guests around you.

Entry will be checked via license plate to ensure no interaction is needed
between venue staff and customers.




HEALTH &
HYGIENE



We will have hand sanitiser stations outside each toilet location, plus
additional hand sanitisers for all members of staff.

All staff will have training in advance about the safety procedures for
maintaining hygiene including hand washing, wearing gloves when serving and
delivering food. Staff and support stewards will be required to wear masks at
all times.

Our managers will be making sure that our teams are delivering the highest
quality service at all times. Each row of platforms will have a dedicated
section of toilets to limit groups. Toilet queues will operate with a 2m
distance.

We take safety first and will be providing a comfortable and clean experience
for all that attend the events. We will have also have a trained medical team on
site if any assistance is required by customers.

All venue staff will have full training in advance regarding hygiene procedures.

There will be a limited number of free tickets for NHS staff and all frontline
workers per show.



NHS staff, care workers and all frontline staff battling coronavirus are doing
an incredible job and going above and beyond what is expected of them every
single day.

As a small token of our appreciation for all of the great work that these key
workers are doing, those who are putting their own health at risk to keep us all
safe, we are proud to offer a limited number of free tickets for NHS staff and
frontline workers for each of the shows we have at Virgin Money Unity Arena.
