surrounded by a proprietary BioSheath that acts as a barrier to prevent cross
contamination between procedures.

We will examine your skin, review your complete medical history, and discuss
your skincare concerns and goals. 

It is important to note that this treatment is not for you if your pregnant,
breast-feeding, have been on Accutane for the last 6 months, have any active
acne/lesions or infection.

Always be sure to use SPF and moisturizer in the days leading up to the service.

What to Expect

Preparation

The treatment area is pre-cleansed with a gentle medical grade cleanser and then
a topical numbing cream of lidocaine is applied in order to ensure a comfortable
experience.

 You will feel little to no pain during your session. The length of treatment
time depends on the size of the treatment area, but most treatments take between
30-45 minutes after the numbing process. When a numbing cream is used, most
patients only report feeling a slight vibration from the SkinPen® device during
treatment. The process is actually minimally invasive and practically painless.

Microneedling

During Your Session

The Skin pen device will glide across the surface of the treatment area with the
use a hydrating serum. The depth and speed of the needles are adjustable and can
be slowed down or accelerated in order to improve the efficiency of your
treatment. As the device is moved across your skin, the attached tiny needles
create micro-injuries on the outermost skin layers very rapidly. An entire
treatment session will last less than one hour.

Afterwards, a red light therapy facial mask will be  applied if you are looking
for a rejuvenation. It will also help improve your overall skin texture and
appearance.  A blue Light therapy will applied for acne prone skin.

What to Expect

After Microneedling

 

Most clients experience a sunburn-like redness immediately following the
treatment for 1-2 days.  It is common for some areas to experience dryness and
then peel off . This may occur for 1-2 days.

You will be provided a recovery skincare kit. This kit contains a rescue calming
complex and a very hydrating gliding serum. These are clean, paraben-free,
dimethicone-free, fragrance/dye-free products that will ensure quick healing
with awesome results!

Once your skin has been given time to regenerate new collagen, you’ll notice a
dewy, glowing complexion!

After the treatment, you should avoid excessive sun exposure for 72 hours and
any exercise for the first 12 hours to prevent additional inflammation and
discomfort.
