I have over 20+ years in web development and web-based application development
experience. I have taken many projects from their conceptual infancy all the way
to multi-year operational track records and the eventual sale to major
multi-national clients.

AGILE & SCRUM

I bring substantial expertise in modern Agile and Scrum methodologies,
overseeing the development of multiple projects and large-scale applications.
This includes tasks such as gathering requirements, planning roadmaps and
backlogs, iteratively breaking down features, and effectively leading the team
through execution and feature delivery.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER MANAGER

 * Spearheaded the development of a DeFi Lending platform within a small
   startup, introducing Agile methodologies to optimize the SDLC process.
 * Collaborated with senior management to enhance business strategies and
   elevate team performance through streamlined planning and client engagement.
 * Integrated third-party validation systems, API endpoints, and authentication
   services to ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations.
 * Worked closely with the CEO to implement agile practices throughout the
   company, including client sales pipelines, onboarding, and training.
 * Developed components to streamline client onboarding and submission to
   third-party systems for verification as well as various banking verification
   partners and products.

 * Implemented new software technologies which drastically increased production
   timelines and efficiency, while lowering error and revision rates throughout
   the department.

MULTIMEDIA DEVELOPER

 * Utilized the Macromedia Studio MX product line to design and develop a number
   of modular templates which drastically reduced overall course development
   time while maintaining a high level of quality and functionality.
 * Designed, developed, and implemented an internet-based training solution to
   train subject material experts on how to develop effective online courses
   using third-party enterprise level learning management systems.

XYSTAR TECHNOLOGIES INC.

MULTIMEDIA DEVELOPER

 * Created an internet-based training solution utilizing Macromedia Flash MX,
   FLV videos, PHP and a MySQL relational database. This application trained
   Xystar’s clients on their proprietary website builder software.
 * The training application tracks user performance while allowing senior
   management to monitor who has completed which lesson, their score, and even
   recommend that users retake a specific lesson.
 * Designed and developed an online application which highlights the key
   benefits and features of their proprietary website builder software.
