My machine even though brand new has so many head scratching things go wrong and the techs just figure stuff out and put their heads together. I never get ‘sorry it can’t be fixed’. They ROCK! SUE FARGO, ND I wish there was a higher rating then 10. He was very helpful and explained what was wrong. I appreciated his patience, calmness in explaining.
