6 Other than an introductory rate, the APRs may increase or decrease monthly
based on the Prime Rate published in The Wall Street Journal. There is no limit
on the amount of any increase. Any increase in the APR may increase your minimum
payment and amount of interest you pay.

7 We charge interest (unless the grace period applies) from the date of the
transaction until the date you pay us back. There is no grace period for Cash
Advances or Balance Transfers.

8 Late Payment Fee is $25 for the first time late within prior six billing
periods; otherwise $35. Returned Payment Fee is $25 for first return payment
within prior six billing periods; otherwise $35. In no event will either fee
exceed the Minimum Payment Due on your most recent bill.

B. Other Information

By requesting a USAA credit card account from USAA Savings Bank (referred to as
“we,” “us” or “our” in this paragraph):

 * You certify that: (1) you are a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident of the
U.S.; (2) you are at least 18 years of age; and (3) the information you
provide to us is correct and given for the purpose of obtaining credit. You
understand that we will rely on this information.
 * You authorize us to confirm the information you provide to us, retain your
application, and open an account for you. You also authorize us to obtain and
use consumer credit reports in connection with this application and in
reviewing, modifying or collecting any credit extended to you. If you ask, we
will tell you if we requested a credit report and give you the name and
address of the credit reporting agency. If we no longer offer or you do not
qualify for the card requested, you authorize us to consider you for another
   USAA credit card account.

Your application is subject to our approval in Nevada. Upon approval, we will
establish the amount of your credit line (minimum $500) and send you a Credit
Card Agreement and your credit card(s). This offer is not transferable.

Credit Card Agreement: You will be deemed to sign the agreement when the first
transaction is made on the account. If no transactions are made within 30 days
after your account is opened, then you will be deemed to sign the agreement
unless you close the account. If you do not want to agree to the terms in the
agreement, make sure no transactions are made and that you close the account
within 30 days from when it is opened. The Agreement is governed by the Laws of
Nevada and the United States and is subject to change.

California Residents: Married applicants may apply for separate credit.

Ohio Residents: The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors
make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers, and that credit
reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon
request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.

Wisconsin Residents: No provision of a marital property agreement, a unilateral
statement under section 766.59, or a court decree under section 766.70 adversely
affects the interest of the creditor unless the creditor, prior to the time the
credit is granted, is furnished a copy of the agreement, statement or decree or
has actual knowledge of the adverse provision when the obligation to the
creditor is incurred.

Zero liability policy: You are not liable for unauthorized use that is reported
to us. Unauthorized use means the use of a credit card by someone other than you
who does not have actual, implied or apparent authority for such use and from
which you do not receive a direct or indirect benefit. We will follow the
requirements of the federal Truth in Lending Act and Nevada law to determine if
a charge is unauthorized.

Telephone Numbers: The numbers you provide in your account application will
update your personal profile used by the USAA companies. By providing the
telephone numbers in your profile, you are giving USAA permission to contact you
at these phone numbers about USAA products. You may edit phone numbers in your
profile at any time by visiting usaa.com or by calling us.

Arbitration: The Credit Card Agreement has an arbitration clause which states
that either you or we can require that certain disputes must be resolved by
binding arbitration rather than in a court by a judge or a jury. The arbitration
clause may substantially limit or affect your rights, including your right to go
to court, to have a trial by jury to conduct discovery, to appeal, and to
participate in a class action or any similar proceeding. If you are a
Servicemember or a dependent covered by the protections of the Military Lending
Act, the Arbitration provision does not apply to you.

Important Information About Transferring Balances

You may transfer balances totaling up to your transfer limit. Your transfer
limit is equal to 95% of your Credit Limit less any other balances (including
pending transactions, interest and fees). We may refuse to process a Balance
Transfer if it would exceed your transfer limit. Balance Transfers cannot be
made from another USAA credit card account. Please allow up to 4 business days
for Balance Transfers we can process electronically.

Please continue to make payments on the unpaid balance of each account according
to the terms of the agreement. We cannot close your other account(s) with other
creditors, even if you transfer the entire balance. Please contact the creditor
of the account for information on how to close that account. Important: If you
transfer an amount related to a transaction you dispute, you may lose your
rights against the other creditor. Your dispute does not transfer to us.

There is a transaction fee of 5% of the amount of each Balance Transfer and each
Cash Advance (including Convenience Checks). There is no grace period for Cash
Advances or Balance Transfers. At the end of any Introductory period that
applies, all unpaid balances receiving the Introductory APR will be moved from
the Introductory balance to your Regular Cash Advance balance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT: To help the
government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities,
federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record
information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means
for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of
birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask
to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
