The awards are segmented into three main categories and nominations can be
submitted by organisations or their representatives, as long as due approval for
submitting the entry has been received from all the parties concerned. We count
nominations for each campaign/individual as one entry and you can register a
nomination in multiple entries.

JUDGING CRITERIA

We focus on exceptional entries that demonstrate outstanding execution and
strong impact.

Judges consider aspects like innovation, inspiration, and the ability to push
boundaries.

Judges who enter the competition don't vote on entries in their category to
avoid bias. A strict code of conduct ensures impartial evaluation of all
entries. This process ensures that only the most exceptional and impactful work
receives recognition.


CONFIDENTIALITY

All material will remain confidential to the judges. Only the 'Credits and
Casestudy' section of an entry will be made public via the shortlist/winner
announcement. If you win a particular category, our team may summarize the entry
for shortlist/winner announcement and winner guides.


SCRUTINY BY EXPERT TABULATOR

 * Eligibility Check: An expert tabulator meticulously verifies the eligibility
   of each entry.
 * Certified Assurance: The tabulator’s name and logo stand as a mark of
   credibility and transparency.


THOROUGH REVIEW PROCESS

 * Expert Judges: We enlist top professionals from across the nation, ensuring
   judges bring deep industry knowledge and current insights.
 * Two-Tier Judging: A rigorous two-stage judging process narrows down the
   entries to the best of the best.
 * Final Shortlist: The top 5 entries in each category advance to the final
   round, highlighting excellence

WHAT ARE THE ET MARTECH+ AWARDS

The ET Martech+ Awards 2025 is open to anyone working to make martech more
effective, with different categories aligned to the three primary groups –
inhouse marketers/marketing teams; vendors; agencies/consultants.


HOW MANY CAMPAIGNS/ENTRIES UNDER DIFFERENT CATEGORIES CAN I SUBMIT?

There is no restriction on the number of entries and categories that you can
enter.


IS A FIRM REPRESENTED BY A JURY MEMBER ALLOWED TO ENTER THE COMPETITION?

Yes. However, the jury member(s) aren’t allowed to judge the work of their own
companies.


IS THERE A PROCESSING FEE FOR SUBMITTING ENTRIES?

Yes, The entry fee for submissions under the Industry , Martech Deployment &
Technologies is Rs 23,000 plus GST per entry.


WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS?

The competition is open to campaigns created, published and promoted between 1st
July 2024 to 1st July 2025.
