Oil Standard is a web browser plug-in that converts all prices from U.S.
Dollars into the equivalent value in barrels of crude oil.

When you load a web page, the script seamlessly inserts converted prices into
the page. As the cost of oil fluctuates on the commodities exchange, prices rise
and fall in real-time.

Current Versions are Undergoing Maintenance:

For Greasemonkey Users and Developers:

Download oilstandard.user.js

This is a link to the userscript which is like the source code for the plug-in.

Known Issues:
When the script ecounters multiple instances of 'millions' or 'billions' it
neglects every other suffix.

Future Improvements (in my ideal world I would have time to):
Add multiple currencies (e.g. Euro, GBP, Yuan, etc)
