MY STORY



I have now written four books on leadership and management. My books talk a lot
about the importance of the employee experience & how to go about improving
employee engagement in companies and organisations in today’s Volatile,
Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) world. My third book concerns a
completely nouvel approach to time management. The fourth released in July 2023
talks about a revolutionary new approach to Key Performance Indicators. I  also 
created an on-line management school at the end of 2022.

A refreshing take on a well worn concept
From the perspective of how this book differs from many that purport to be great
insights into workplace engagement, this book is a refreshingly practical guide
to helping teams become truly connected and inspired within the workplace. The
KPI construct is used masterfully - not as an argument against proper
performance tracking - but rather to describe the enablers needed to
significantly enhance a team’s ability to achieve their Performance Targets. My
suggestion is to use this book as a field guide and to use the very practical
advice as stepping stones to achieve a truly Informed, Involved, Interested and
Inspired Team.
