OUR CUSTOMER COMMENTS

Everyone is so nice, staff and neighbors included. It's pretty quiet,and fairly
clean. Everyone is really flexible and willing to help as long as your requests
are reasonable. The pool is salt water, which is a plus for me. The apartments
are surprisingly spacious and are pretty up to date. If you have problems or
anything, staff is really responsive and helpful. I would recommend these
apartments to anyone.

Apple Creek is under new management. There are also two full time and one on
call maintenance techs. There will soon also be a new assistant manager. Things
are going to improve at Apple Creek.

Very nice managers! Very nice neighbors! They do the best job with trying to
keep everything updated! Great place to live I feel at home!…

EBONY TAY-LYNN BROWN, APPLE CREEK APARTMENTS

Management has been replaced and efforts are being made to catch things up. The
exteriors are being painted, the patio railings are being replaced and there is
an office assistant who answers calls and handles pkgs and communication. It is
starting feel good again, after they got rid of that crazy woman. The complex is
kept well, and is quiet and neighbors overall seem respectful. They conduct very
regular pest control and have been responsive.
