Hello, policies purchased online will cover you for COVID-19 related medical
expenses if you have received your full series of Government of Canada approved
COVID-19 vaccines at least 14 days prior to travel. Otherwise, you will have to
contact us by phone at 1-877-884-8283 to purchase a policy that includes
coverage for COVID-19.
Future Changes in Travel Advisory Level: If the Government of Canada’s COVID-19
Travel Advisory Level for your destination changes to Level 3 or higher prior to
your departure date and you purchased your policy online, you will need to
contact us to modify your coverage to include coverage for COVID-19.
