We are a Personal & Group Training Facility located in Bristol, Rhode Island! 

Owned by Kasey Brown, Certified Personal Trainer & Youth Training Specialist. We
offer Large Group & Small Group Classes, Group Exercise Classes, Yoga, Nutrition

FULL BODY STRENGTH CLASS

Full Body Class is a 50 minute low impact class that utilizes dumbbells,
kettlebells, resistance bands, & more with a big focus on strength training
exercises. This class also has a ZOOM option if you'd like to join in from home!
All levels welcome. If you are new to fitness or it's been a little while, we
highly suggest scheduling a 30 min Assessment with Kasey to go over form,

CIRCUIT CLASS


CIRCUIT CLASS

Circuit Class is 45 minute workout with timed stations. You will be at a station
for 50 seconds with a 30 second rest in between to get to the next exercise
(station). You will utilize dumbbells, battle ropes, weighted med balls, cardio
equipment, sleds, & more for a full body cardio-strength workout! All levels
welcome. If you're brand new to fitness or it's been a little while, we highly
suggest a 30 minute Assessment Session scheduled with Kasey
(kasey@truetrainingstudio.com) to go over form, exercises, and body movements!

POWER 45 CLASS


POWER 45 CLASS

POWER 45 is a switch-up every week! It's a 45 minute full body workout that
starts with a group warm up, goes into timed circuit workout (usually 20
minutes), and finishes with a group finisher! You will utilize dumbbells,
kettlebells, barbells, jump ropes, weighted med balls, & more for this cardio &
strength focused workout!

STRONG CLASS


STRONG CLASS

This is the Signature STRONG class of True Training Studio! This FULL BODY class
will start with a warm up, get into strength based exercises, and always finish
with some Saturday spice! You will utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, trx
suspension trainers, resistance bands, & more for a strength focused workout.
Everyone is welcome. If you are brand new to fitness or it's been a little
