You will be at a station for 50 seconds with a 30 second rest in between to get to the next exercise (station). You will utilize dumbbells, battle ropes, weighted med balls, cardio equipment, sleds, & more for a full body cardio-strength workout! All levels welcome. If you're brand new to fitness or it's been a little while, we highly suggest a 30 minute Assessment Session scheduled with Kasey (kasey@truetrainingstudio.com) to go over form, exercises, and body movements! Book Book 6:30pm - 7:30pm YOGA Book 13 FRIDAY No sessions 14 SATURDAY 8:15am - 9:00am POWER 45 CLASS POWER 45 CLASS POWER 45 is a switch-up every week! It's a 45 minute full body workout that starts with a group warm up, goes into timed circuit workout (usually 20 minutes), and finishes with a group finisher! You will utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, jump ropes, weighted med balls, & more for this cardio & strength focused workout! Book Book 9:00am - 9:45am STRONG CLASS STRONG CLASS This is the Signature STRONG class of True Training Studio! This FULL BODY class will start with a warm up, get into strength based exercises, and always finish with some Saturday spice! You will utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, trx suspension trainers, resistance bands, & more for a strength focused workout. Everyone is welcome.
