TELEWIZJA SOLIDARNOSC (LOST FOOTAGE OF POLISH TELEVISION HIJACK; 1985)

« The screenshot of the television hijack in Torun.

The Telewizja Solidarność was a television sabotage that occurred on September
14th, 1985 in Torun, Poland. The television hijack was committed by a group of
astronomers from the University of Torun together with the underground
independent self-governing trade union "Solidarność" (Solidarity).

CELEBRITY NUMBER SIX (FOUND ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPH OF LETICIA SARDÁ; DATE UNKNOWN)

« Left: "Celebrity Number Six" as depicted in the fabric. Right: The source
photograph depicting the Spanish model Leticia Sardá.

In January 2020, Reddit user TonstaH posted on various subreddits regarding how
they owned curtains containing fabrics covered with Pop art style illustrations
of eight different celebrities. At the time, TonstaH sought assistance in
identifying the subjects. Since the initial posts, TonstaH and fellow Reddit
users identified seven of the celebrities, by matching the illustrations with
the source photographs. However, the identity of one of the illustrations,
nicknamed "Celebrity Number Six", remained a mystery. A search for the source
photograph was ongoing until 8th September 2024, when Reddit user IndigoRoom
revealed it was an image of the Spanish model Leticia Sardá, taken by Leandre
Escandell for an issue of Woman Nº162. Sardá herself provided the full-size
photograph the following day.

BACK TO THE FUTURE (LOST AUSTRALIAN ROAD SAFETY PSA FEATURING MICHAEL J. FOX;
1985)

« Marty McFly skitches onto the back of a 1984 Ford Ranger, a scene that
necessitated an Australian road safety PSA.

Back to the Future is a 1985 science-fiction comedy film which starred Michael
J. Fox as the high school student-turned-unwitting time traveller Marty McFly.
In an early scene, Marty skitches a ride on the back of a Ford Ranger and later
a Jeep, by holding onto the vehicles' back bumpers while riding a skateboard.
While humorous, , it caused consternation within the road safety-conscious
Australia. Hence, when the film was released in the country, it was preceded by
a television-exclusive road safety PSA starring Fox, which warned viewers not to
copy his character's behaviour.

BS FIRE EMBLEM: ARCHANEA SAGA (PARTIALLY LOST ORIGINAL SATELLAVIEW VERSION OF
"FIRE EMBLEM: NEW MYSTERY OF THE EMBLEM" BONUS CONTENT; 1997)

« Title screen.

BS Fire Emblem: Archanea Saga, is a four-episode Soundlink game consisting of
original maps that serve as a prequel to Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the
Blade of Light, released on the Satellaview add-on for the Super Famicom. It
originally aired from September 28th, 1997 to October 25th, 1997,, and saw two
reruns; the first one occurred one month after its initial airing, and another
in 1999. It was developed by Intelligent Systems and published by St.GIGA. It is
notable for being the earliest game in the franchise to utilize voice acting,
predating Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance by 8 years. This game never saw any
release outside Japan.

BARBADOS 4–2 GRENADA (PARTIALLY FOUND SOCCER MATCH FOOTAGE; 1994)

« Barbados defender kicking the ball back with the goalkeeper in order to waste
time, before scoring the infamous goal.

On January 27th, 1994, the national soccer teams of Barbados and Grenada faced
each other in a group stage match of the 1994 Caribbean Cup, a regional
tournament for CONCACAF (North America's governing soccer body) teams in the
Caribbean., The game is infamous because of the fact that Barbados had
intentionally scored an own goal to force extra time, in order to exploit a
strange rule judging that all tie games would have a winner, and the winning
goal in extra time would count double.

THE LAMB LIES DOWN ON BROADWAY (LOST FOOTAGE OF GENESIS CONCERT TOUR; EXISTENCE
UNCONFIRMED; 1974-1975)

« The Lamia scene from the show. A spinning teepee decorated with snakes was
just one of a multitude of elaborate set pieces used by the band.

Between 1974 and 1975 progressive rock band Genesis embarked on a tour of their
album The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway, Despite video cameras being highly
expensive and rather bulky to sneak into a concert in the mid-seventies, there
exist bootleg clips by fans in the audience of short duration and low quality,
as shown in the DVD recreation of the show. However, it is unknown how much
footage is available, and fans continue to speculate about the possibility of a
full video recording of the show surfacing.

DISNEY CIRCLE SEVEN ANIMATION (PARTIALLY LOST PRODUCTION MATERIAL OF CANCELLED
PIXAR SEQUEL FILMS; 2004-2006)

« The studio's logo.

In January 2004, Pixar announced they would not be renewing their agreement with
Disney, due to rising tensions between the two companies. While Pixar left to
find different distributors, Disney bought the rights to the Pixar characters
and created Circle Seven Animation., However, they didn’t get very far in
production with their projects, as Michael Eisner (then-CEO of Disney) was
kicked out, and Pixar was bought by Disney for approximately $7.4 billion. Thus,
Circle Seven Animation was shut down on May 26th, 2006.
