How long does it take?

Lead time is one of the most common questions we receive. The estimated lead
time depends on several factors, including the size and complexity of the
project, as well as our current workload.  Our turnover options are, 3-business
days, 5-business days, 10-business days, or 4-6 weeks depending on the
complexity of the project.

How do you price your drawings?

We provides a customized quote for each project we receive. We do not use
per-sheet or hourly pricing because we believe that this gives our clients the
best possible value. By quoting each project individually, we can take into
account all of the factors that affect the cost, such as the size and complexity
of the project, the level of detail required, and the urgency of the deadline.
This allows us to provide our clients with a clear and transparent price
upfront, which can be agreed upon prior to starting the job.

Do you charge for revisions?

Our quoted services include any redline revisions from the customer during the
review process, as well as the first round of revisions from the drafter.
However, if any systems or scope changes occur, we will charge an hourly rate
for the corrections. Field measurement revisions are also charged hourly.

How do I pay for the services and what are the terms?

Typically, invoices are issued after the customer approves the shop drawings.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date and is typically made by
company check. New customers may be required to submit a credit application
before payment terms are arranged.
