IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The MyInvestment Fund, a proposed managed investment scheme, is slated for
launch on 08 March 2024, subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory consents.
MyInvestment Fund Pty Ltd, with Australian Company Number 673 818 089, located
at 31 KRAFT COURT, BROADMEADOWS, VIC 3047, will serve as the Investment Manager
for the fund. This company, led by its Directors, is a Corporate Authorised
Representative of Vasco Trustees Ltd (ABN 71 138 715 009, AFSL 344486).

The Trustee for the MyInvestment Fund will be Vasco Responsible Entity Services
Limited (ACN 160 969 120, AFSL 434533), located at Level 4, 99 William Street,
Melbourne VIC 3000. Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited will act as the Custodian.
