Babe Crew $60/hour ~ for my local babes (Charlottesville, VA) in person training
with Jess to go through lifting workouts concentrating on form over heavy
weights to improve tone, tightness, muscle strength and boost metabolism. If we
can drum up interest I can also instruct group classes (price tbd) that will

CARDIO LIKE A BOSS

So I hit cardio as hard as I train with weights. My typical ‘real life’ cardio
workouts look different than cardio for my bodybuilding competitions. I
discovered the secret sauce of the perfect combination of weight training and
cardio before I decided to go all out savage in my sport. I call my cardio
‘Badass’ cardio because I don’t play. It absolutely does not take hours and
hours and if you give me some grit I’ll have you feeling like a superhero in no
time. It’s work it’s supposed to make you sweat and we are stronger than we
think. The harder you push the less time you need to spend on your cardio and
our time is precious (especially for you moms out there, can I get an Amen?!!).
So dare to be fierce and I’ll have you loving it.




MUSCLE BUILDING ~ TIME TO FLEX

Building Muscle is vital for women not only because it tones the body but it
also cranks up the metabolism so that you’re burning calories around the
clock.  Now I, personally, have taken it to the next, next level as a
competitive bodybuilder and as an athlete I work to grow large muscles with
intention.  The sport of bodybuilding requires a diet and training schedule on a
much larger scale. I say this because if you start weight training you will not
accidentally end up too bulky.  I promise that I will not have you walking
around like a She Hulk, unless you want to like me (and I LOVE IT...Hulk Smash
baby!) 😉

Hi my name is Jessica Coleman and I am an IFBB Pro bodybuilder.  I am also a 40
something single mother of two teenage daughters and work a full time job
outside of the fitness profession.  Before I became a competitive bodybuilder
and started working with a coach, I had been in and out of shape my whole adult
life juggling work, being a mom and life in general.  I have experimented with
every type of diet and workout program over these many years and finally found
some methods that have worked for me.  To my knowledge, we haven't developed the
'magic pill' yet that will make us all stay forever fit, young and beautiful
(and I work in Pharmaceutical Research, so I know).  The only way to meet our
goals is to work for them.  I can help show you what has worked for me.

 
 
 
 


LET'S TALK NUTRITION

We are going to revamp your diet, create new habits and reevaluate your
relationship with food.

We are going to work together to come up with a realistic nutrition plan that
you will be able to stick to.  We will have weekly check ins and adjust food
accordingly.  You will need a food scale, a big water jug and meal prep
containers ~ yeah baby!



As a busy mom we are juggling many things and it can be tough to make the time
for ourselves to prepare our meals. I am going to show you 'soccer moms' out
there my tried and true (by me) methods that have helped me stay on plan. I will
show you how I prepare for weekends away for sports tournaments, road trips or
even just planning out the week so that I can stay on plan, go to the gym, work
a full time job, AND get to my children's sporting events (and everything in
between).
