SUPPORT AND GET STARTED - BAD


I was tasked with creating a corporate account for my client. I figured admin
accounts (initial setup) would be tricky as they often are...so I called sales.
Waited on hold for an hour and no one ever came. I created an esignature account
anyway (while on hold) and did not have the “Get Started” button per the “Create
an Organization” support document. The document stated I must contact support to
enable the Docusign Admin feature. I called support and finally got to a human
who hung up on me. I called back and got another human that, after much
confusion, could not assist with this and had no idea what I was talking about.
They emailed a link to create a support case. I had to read Docusign’s own
support document to the support person! If this is how Docusign handles support
for business users and teams then I want no part of it. I was trying to make
sure I understood how to create the initial account correctly and verify the
company domain name and block users from using the company

AUTOFILL FIELDS - ROOMS/LIBRARY


I work at a real estate brokerage, where we provide a library of forms for our
agents who can then choose from these forms and fill them out as desired. A
couple months ago we replaced a lot of documents, and now the agents keep
telling me that there are Autofill Fields that are out of place/wrong. I didn’t
even realize that our library forms HAD autofill fields in place? How would I go
about editing them in the library so every form is updated for every agent?

Hi community!...Is there current functionality which will allow me to extract an
envelope ‘History’ report for a set of envelopes, via reporting? (Use case: I
have identified a list of envelopes I need to provide to Audit, and I need to
evidence if a customer has downloaded the envelope contents, which, as far as
I’m aware, can only be obtained from / via the envelope ‘History’ function).

coudn’t get verified so wasn’t able to sign , I need to send my signed copies
back to the sender in France but are enable because the folder is not complete
and is about to expire . How do I procced . Thank you

Is there a limited number of times you can re-send an envelope? I have some
people I send an envelope to, and sometimes it takes a long time for them to
respond, so I re-send it weekly until they respond, but I feel like after a
certain time, they may not be getting it anymore. Is there a time period or a
number of times that are limited in the system?

In DocuSign CLM, we have Tasks Groups set up so everyone in the Task Group can
see all of the tasks and receive all of the notifications. Now this is no longer
working and everyone in the Task Group can only see their own tasks. Has anyone
had an issue similar to this? Do you have any suggestions on how I can resolve
this issue?
