WELCOME TO WALKER'S AKC CORGIS

Hi! I'm Christy Walker, owner and breeder behind Walker's AKC Corgis located in
Centre, AL. I strive to produce outstanding puppies that are structurally
sound, healthy, and have wonderful temperaments. We are a small program with
high expectations! We work hard to produce healthy AKC Pembroke Welsh Corgi
loving dogs that will excel in their forever homes. .

Here at Walker's AKC Corgis, we hand raise our AKC Pembroke Welsh Corgis indoors
with lots of love and care. My puppies are well-adjusted to home life and play
inside the house. We try to breed and raise our puppies to become the perfect
addition to your family. I am a passionate and responsible breeding program
dedicated to producing healthy, happy, and well-socialized Pembroke Welsh
Corgis.

BREEDING PROGRAM

At Walker's AKC Corgis, our breeding adults are genetically health tested
through Embark to ensure that they are free from genetic disorders commonly
associated with the breed. All of our litters are carefully planned. Puppies go
to their new families with current shots, worming, one-year health guarantee,
sample of food they are on and vet health card. Puppies have tails docked,
dewclaws removed and microchipped. Puppies under go ENS (early neurological
stimulation) and sound desensitization. My dogs are my pride and joy I've
worked very hard to get where I'm at. They get to be dogs here on the farm and
are a loved part of our family. My goal is to breed high-quality, good
conformation, genetically healthy and well-tempered Pembroke Welsh Corgis for my

HELFUL TIPS FOR YOUR NEW CORGI

PUPPY FOOD

I feed 4Health Puppy Food. This is given to the mom for the duration of
pregnancy and until pups are weaned. The puppies are also given this food. If
you decide to swap to a different puppy food, please do so after they are fully
acclimated to their new home and then gradually make the change.

I feed all of my corgis Loyall Life. Please keep in mind that transition to
adult food should be done gradually. A healthy weight is key to corgi health,
so monitor your corgi and adjust feed accordingly. I DO NOT recommend Blue

I strongly encourage crate training your corgi. I use this type of crate and
put a blanket or towel on top and sides of the crate, this creates a "den" for
them. I also feed in the crate with a small sturdy bowl. Crate training goes
hand in hand with potty training your new puppy. Please do not use the crate as
a punishment! It is their safe space. Do not use foam or stuffed crate pads,
use a towel instead.

chewing on things they are not supposed to :) Puppies get tired of the same

I do not use pee pads. Instead, I use alfalfa pellets and a rabbit box, this is
what I train them to use from the start as the alfalfa smells like grass and
