The Stratasys Board unanimously determined that the partial tender offer substantially undervalues Stratasys and is not in the best interest of Stratasys’ shareholders. In addition, the Board believes Nano’s partial offer is of questionable legal authority, poses significant risks to Stratasys and its shareholders, and is highly conditional.
