* Upon 'changing' the "Original view - Use mail, Chat, Spaces, and Meet all in
one view"   to " New view - Use mail, Chat, Spaces, and Meet in their own
streamlined view", the problem seems to be corrected. Can any provide an
explanation here?

"No, that did not work" Problem again.

Follow the steps in order and proceed to the next if the problem is not solved

Clear Chrome's Cache

Run Chrome in Incognito Mode   If the problem is solved then one of your
extensions is causing the problem. Launch Chrome in regular mode and disable
extensions one at a time until you find the problematic extension.

Disable Hardware Acceleration

Backup your bookmarks first and make a list of your extensions then Reset
Chrome.

Disabling Hardware Acceleration shouldn't cause any issues. You may notice a
slight slowdown in playing videos and games in the browser.

I very much appreciate the assistance you provided. Disabling 'Hardware
Acceleration' seems to have solved the issue. I do not play games, not at all.
In fact, I believe that playing videos on You Tube in HD has improved,at least
that's what I believe.

You're Welcome,

Just an FYI. As you know Windows 7 is no longer supported with security updates.
I would avoid doing anything regarding personal finance on the computer like
banking or online purchases.

I'm very much aware that Windows 7 is no longer supported. However, I still
receive the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 at various intervals.
I'm always conducting finances online as well as purchasing. There are never any
issues, none. The aforesaid has been an ongoing process for twelve years and in
continuum with Windows 7 end of support. My security software is top tier.
Thanks very much for the concern and courtesy.
