K&S ASSOCIATES, INC.

K&S Associates is a medical, health, and radiation safety physics consulting
group and an accredited ADCL Calibration Laboratory. K&S offers Medical Physics
Consulting Services and accredited equipment calibrations.

At K&S Associates, Inc. we continue to closely monitor the developments
surrounding the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are continuing to offer
instrument calibrations, some instrument repair and TLD services. Presently, K&S
is open Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm CDT.

During this COVID-19 health and social crisis, K&S will be suspending our
expedited orders process. We strongly encourage you call or go to
ksinfo@kslab.com to schedule your needed calibration services. Currently, all
instruments submitted for calibration will be processed, calibrated and returned
to the customer in a timely manner.

The COVID-19 crisis is an evolving event; consequently, we request that you
check our website frequently for updates to our operations. We sincerely
appreciate your understanding as we all progress through this challenging time.

MEDICAL PHYSICS CONSULTATION

Physics or QED Medical Physics, Inc.

TLD PATIENT DOSE MEASUREMENT SERVICE

K&S Associates Inc. offers accredited custom TLD dose measurement services for
diagnostic and therapeutic patients using chips sealed in polyethylene with a
stated uncertainty of five percent for single chip measurements.
