* After taking a few deep breaths of LUCID visualize yourself falling into a

Advantages
Yesterday night smelled for first time , did not smell even as essential oil to
me. In the morning chat to JB as a complain, and left a bad review for a
product.This afternoon before putting it in the garbage I opened Lucid again and
was so surprised to smell an essential oil in the bottle! Mistica! Sorry for the
trouble...

__It works amazing! __Really works! __Smells good! __It's the best sleep blend
I've ever used!
Disadvantages
__It smells good, but I don't really care for the smell of German Chamomile and
that scent comes thru in this blend. I'm thinking they may have needed to use
the German species because it's higher in Chamazulene than Roman. __I wish Lucid
and their other EO's would come in a 30ml size.

Lucid is amazing! I found this blend by searching what EO's to use for lucid
dreaming. I was blown away when I found they actually have a blend for just
that! I had to have it though I really wasn't expecting much. But wow I was
blown away! It really works! When I was a teenager I had lucid dreams every
single night for 3 years it was so amazing. At the time I didn't know what it
was called and I thought it was just something that happened to me I never told
any one about it because I didn't think they would believe me! I still don't
think it's normal for that to happen every night for 3 years though. Now I'm 35
and I thoroughly miss having them! Anyways the first night I used Lucid I slept
amazing for one, but my dreams were so crazy and very vivid. I didn't have a
lucid dream but I was almost there I know if I use it nightly and work with it
it will work. In one of the dreams I had that night in the beginning it was me,
but the next scene I was a COW!! I have never in my life been a cow in my

Advantages
I have used so many different oils, blends, created my own blends, etc. to help
fall asleep, and STAY asleep. I have had luck with help falling asleep, not so
much with staying sleep. This product has been incredible! I can be wide awake,
but it's getting close to bedtime, and I just toss a drop on my wrist with some
FCO, and within 15 minutes, I'm ready for bed. I only do that as needed, but
every night I put a few drops in a diffuser and some lucid with hemp oil on my
feet (I made a roller for this), and I sleep like a baby. All. Night. Long. I'm
truly blown away by this oil blend!
Disadvantages
I do wish there were an option for a 10ml and a 30ml. It jumps from 5 to 60. I
know I'll be using it a lot, so the 5 is too small, but I can't afford to buy
the 60 either.

My 15 month old twins have been horrible sleepers. And I felt like I tried every
sleep method out there, nothing has worked. I've heard of using oils before but
haven't tried it out so I got the sample bottle. I was skeptical because I
thought nothing would work and I was doomed to never sleep again because we
share a room now. I put a few drops on their PJs and made a spray to spray on
their blankets. One of them woke up only once the first two nights,but he is
also getting some teeth. So here is night 3. We will see how it goes. I am going
to get a full bottle next. I love this oil. I will be getting a defuser soon so
I can do that too.

I’ve always struggled with insomnia but now I’m 23 weeks pregnant and it’s been
even more difficult to sleep as I can’t take the sleep medications I’m used to.
I’ve been taking Benadryl to help me sleep but since I’ve gotten this oil I’ve
just diffused a few drop each night and I’ve felt like I couldn’t hold my eyes
open. Ive had the best sleep ever thanks to this oil! For anyone who is
skeptical.. just try it! You won’t regret it. It’s worth every penny and more!

This has not only helped me have better dreams but it also is clearing up my
face noticeably!!! I just put one drop with a pinch (1/8 tsp) of grated cocoa
butter or shea butter mix in my palms and massage my face and neck. In the
morning, my face looks quite improved (not as many blemishes / acne is
disappearing) I have tried lots of other oils and blends but lucid is my
favorite for my face right now!!!
