SENIOR HR COORDINATOR

We are seeking a Senior HR Coordinator, Systems & Special Projects to join our
New York studio.

The Role:
This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) to assist with
special projects and HR systems administration. The Senior Coordinator will help
support continuous improvement projects to strengthen our HR best practice in
line with advancing our people strategy. The ideal candidate brings a skillset
focused on reporting, technology, project management, requirements gathering and
vendor management with a strong attention to detail.

This role is a 12-month contract that will be based in our New York office with
an opportunity for a hybrid work schedule.

Major Tasks:

 * Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for all HR systems and applications
   (HRIS, ATS, LMS)
 * Ability to maintain and troubleshoot HR systems with internal and external
   stakeholders
 * Be the first point of contact for all HR system queries
 * Manage global HR data, ensuring integrity and efficient maintenance
 * Ability to analyze trends in data and create customized ad-hoc reports for
   various stakeholders
 * Develop and deliver training materials to new HR system users
 * Streamline processes and workflows, automating manual processes where
   necessary
 * Assist with preparing staff and leadership presentations
 * Working closely with the CPO, helping to design new HR process and global
   initiatives such as performance management, global mobility, Health &
   Wellbeing, mentor programs, employee engagement
 * Provide ongoing support for special projects and key initiatives
 * Assist with any other global HR-related tasks and functions as needed

Skills & Competencies:

 * Experience of successful project management and delivery of specialized HR
   projects
 * Ability to quickly build strong working relationships across different global
   locations and time zones with managers and staff at all levels
 * Able to independently manage multiple assignments and prioritize workflow
 * Proficiency in running and analyzing data
 * Proactive, organized and resourceful; able to solve problems and escalate
   appropriately
 * Ability to develop creative presentations
 * Excellent time management skills
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Must bring an intellectual curiosity and have the ability to learn quickly

Position Requirements:

 * Minimum of five years related HR work experience
 * Extensive experience using various HR systems and strength in HR data and
   analytics, process and technology
 * Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention
   to detail
 * Experience in a creative or professional services industry highly preferred
