At EcoCare Student Accommodation, we have managed & let student flats, houses
and accommodation in Loughborough for over 30 years. We are a local and
independent family-run business, driven by a desire to provide students with a
quality house that we ourselves would wish to live in, and an honest & reliable
service that we ourselves would want to be treated with.

Competitive All Inclusive Rent Prices £90 – £215 PPPW, mostly in the region £95
– £110 PPPW.

We're both the letting agent and landlord, meaning there's no middle-man to go
through. No red tape and minimal delays. We can be highly responsive and
flexible to all your enquiries and questions. Our unrivalled service continues
all the way from initial enquiries to moving-out of an EcoCare Student home.

We let 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed, 4 bed, 5 bed, 6 bed, 7 bed and 8 bed student
accommodation. You can browse our houses by area popular for students, depending
which side of university campus you'd like to be near. These include the
Students' Union, the Engineering departments, Pilkington Library and Town
Centre.

STUDENT AREAS NEAR LOUGHBOROUGH UNIVERSITY CAMPUS

STUDENTS' UNION

This is one of our favourite spots for Loughborough University students - a real
hidden gem amongst the student areas in Loughborough. Found a stone's throw from
uni campus, this area is located right behind William Morris Halls, just across
the road from the Students' Union. Given its central location, there are plenty
of student amenities nearby whilst being a safe and quiet residential
neighbourhood. Offering amazing value for money, students will find houses in
this area with generously spacious rooms, their own garden, driveway and free
on-street parking. Be quick to book a viewing as these houses are highly sought
after year on year.

ENGINEERING FACULTY

This area is perfectly located for Loughborough University engineering students,
being positioned just across Ashby Road from John Phillips Hall. Students can
enjoy a roll-out-of-bed 10 minute walk to lectures whilst living in a quiet and
safe residential area. Found on the right side of Loughborough for brilliant
easy access to campus, a short walk away from town and excellent road links to
the M1 and M42 for a quick weekend getaway. With semi-detached houses boasting
large spacious bedrooms and generous sociable spaces, huge rear gardens and
front driveways, this area offers students quality accommodation and great value
for money.

PILKINGTON LIBRARY

Being right in front of Pilkington Library, this area is a go-to choice for
Loughborough University students every year. Found in the prestigious and quiet
residential neighbourhoods locally known as Holywell, Forest and Nanpantan, this
side of Loughborough offers students the perfect balance of student experience
and residential living. Whilst benefitting from local amenities, regular bus

would wish to live in - we treat every student and group on a personal and
bespoke basis. We have a diverse range of excellent quality houses in desirable
student locations, ranging from all-you-need one bed flats to very large &
spacious 6-8 bed houses. We have some houses on the same street and next door to
each other which means that we can also cater for much larger groups.

UNRIVALLED SERVICE

We seek to provide our students with an honest & reliable service that we
ourselves would want to be treated with. As a private landlord, we're proud of
our responsiveness and flexibility to get back to our tenants - there's no red
tape or long winded procesess to get maintenance issues resolved. Throughout the
tenancy, we have an experienced team on standby who are very well-versed with
the whole range of issues that might arise during your stay.

HOW IT WORKS

Renting a house whilst at university can be a daunting prospect especially if
it's your first time. So we've outlined in brief just three of the main stages
to expect when looking to rent one of our student homes. If you have any
questions at any point throughout the process, please don't hesitate to get in
touch.

1. BROWSE OUR HOUSES

The first thing to do is start browsing through our wide range of student
accommodation. You can search by the number of bedrooms and by popular student
locations. Or you can contact us directly with your needs and preferences.

2. BOOK A VIEWING

Once you like the look of a house or two, nothing beats seeing it in the flesh
so make sure to get in touch to arrange a no-obligation viewing. We'll set a
date and time at your convenience. We also have virtual viewings available upon
request.

3. SECURE & SIGN YOUR HOUSE

Finally, after you've chosen the house you would like to rent, let us know and
we'll go through the securing / signing process with you - officially making the
house yours. After this, it'll just be a matter of waiting to move in and
getting the keys!
