As we know, being in your body is crucial in this lifetime.

When we move our focus from our sweet bod, into the playing's of the mind, we
shift our energetic body and our soul focus, into the higher chakra's.

This can leaves us feeling full of fear, overwhelmed and emotional as fuck. 

Mental health holds a huge connection to this knowing.

When we are sad or life gets tough, we often want to escape, we want out of this
physical body that keeps us "trapped" here on Earth, regardless of our choosing
(our soul choice) to incarnate in this lifetime as the human being we are. 

So we shift our consciousness to the higher, when really the groundedness of
presence, sensation, pleasure and fluidity in movement is what truly brings us
back into balance in the human form. 

So let this be the message shared through me for you.

A space where I and we make the conscious choice to celebrate being here, in
this humanly body, as I am and we are.

Experiencing the experiences meant for us, as well as the joy, the pleasure, the
orgasms, the taste, the textures, the touch and sensations that come with being
a human being, while we are here.

Experiencing it all with love and without shame, guilt, regret, self hatred and
low vibrations. 

Let us make this lifetime one fully lived.
