 *   After meeting with a couple disappointing agents to help us with the
   selling process, we tried to sell the house by ourselves (this turned out to
   be a big mistake and loss of time); but during that time, we probably
   received 40 calls from hungry agents promising the moon… Only 1 agent was
   asking excellent questions, had great advice and really stood out as being
   honest and upfront,her name is Kassandra Skoulikides. So we decided to meet
   with her in person and we were quite impressed (once again !) with her
   professionalism and inter-personal skills. It was clear that Kassandra was a
   person we can trust and whom will serve us diligently. So we did not hesitate
   and asked her to be our agent; she worked extremely hard and promoted our
   house in multiple ways and she ended up selling our house in just 2 months at

   through endless online ads and go to several disappointing visits was giving
   me nightmares. Kassandra immediately sent a portfolio of places she picked
   out that matched our criteria perfectly. We ended up signing a 2 year lease

   cost, noticed repairs we did not even see before signing, and even made sure
