1. To be eligible for Family discounts, at least two subscribers on an account
must be on an unlimited plan. Only the subscribers on unlimited plans are
eligible to receive the discounts. Discounts are as follows: $7.50 per line
per month for two lines, $10 per line per month for three lines and $15 per
line per month for four to nine lines. Discounts will be updated when
subscribers are added or removed on an account. Consumer accounts only.
2. Available to TELUS Mobility customers who purchase qualifying TELUS Home
Services product(s). A $10/month discount will be applied to the Home
Services bill for 24 months (or as long as the eligibility requirements are
met). Eligible Home Services products include TELUS Home Internet 15 and
higher, Optik TV, Home Phone or combination thereof. Offers subject to
change without notice. Available to residential customers who have not
subscribed to TELUS Internet in the past 90 days. For customers signing up
on a 24 months term, the Internet rate plan price is guaranteed to remain
the same for the duration of the 24 month term. Prices of features and
add-ons such as unlimited internet data, are not guaranteed during the 24
month term and subject to change anytime. Offer includes Gigabit Internet.
From month 1–24, a $36/mo discount applies. Regular price, currently
$135/mo, applies after the 24-month term. All prices do not include
applicable taxes. $0 unlimited internet data offer is only available to
customers signing up on a 2 year internet service agreement. Regular
pricing for Unlimited Internet Data add-on applies at month 25, regular
price is currently $20 per month and is subject to change without notice.
Minimum system requirements apply. Final eligibility for the services will
be determined by a TELUS representative. A cancellation fee applies to the
early termination of your internet service agreement, which will be the sum
of $360, declining by $15 for every month of Internet service and reducing
to $0 at the end of your 2 year term. Rental equipment must be returned in
good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost
will be charged to the account. Maximum speeds require optimal network
conditions on a wired connection. Internet access speeds may vary depending
on location, usage within the home network, Internet traffic, applicable
network management or server configurations. Concurrent data streams,
including combinations of uploads and downloads, may be required to access
maximum speeds. Maximum speeds may not be achievable using a single device.
3. Offer subject to change without notice. Available to residential customers
who have not subscribed to TELUS TV or Internet in the past 90 days.
One-time $50 activation fee applies to all new orders of Internet services,
except orders placed on telus.com. $50 bill credit, only available to
online orders of Internet on a 2-year term. Bill credit will be applied
upon order completion and will appear on your first bill after activation.
Bill credits are non-transferable, can only be applied to pay for services
charges, and carry no cash value after deactivating your services. If
service is cancelled within 90 days, any credits will be reversed and the
amount will be charged to you in addition to any applicable cancellation
fees. Credit provided is discretionary and includes applicable taxes (based
on the taxes levied in the province of supply) therefore the value
displayed on your bill is the value before tax. For example, a $10
discretionary credit towards Internet service offered in BC includes $0.62
PST and $0.45 GST, meaning the credit value displayed will be $8.93. The
$0.62 PST and $0.45 are captured as reductions in the amount of tax charged
on your balance owing. One-time $50 activation fee applies to all new
orders of Internet services, except orders placed on telus.com. For more
information and examples that apply to other home services, please visit

4. Offer available for a limited time and is subject to change without notice
for new TELUS Secure Business customers who purchase a device on TELUS Easy
Payment with a mobility plan. Payment of any outstanding TELUS Easy
PaymentⓇ balance due upon termination, or account transfer. Applicable
taxes are calculated based on the total no term price less any device
discounts and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Pay-per-use
charges (including long distance, roaming and additional airtime or data)
are extra. Eligible services include the following monitoring contract
packages: Monitor (reg. $40/mo), Protect (reg. $50/mo), and Control (reg.
$70/mo). Offer subject to change or end without notice. Customers meeting
eligibility requirements will receive a monthly bill credit for the first 3
months to offset monthly security service charges. The monthly bill credit
will commence on the billing cycle following installation. New TELUS Secure
Business customers who purchase TELUS Secure Business but do not bundle
with TELUS business products are eligible to receive a monthly bill credit
for the first 3 months to offset monthly security service charges.
Installation fee ($199 value) will be waived if the customer signs a 36
month contract for up to a maximum of 10 business sites. Prices may vary by
province. Equipment is TELUS-owned. Rental equipment must be returned in
good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost
will be payable by the customer. Any add-ons will be an extra cost.
Applicable taxes and fees are extra. Additional charges may apply in areas
that require guard response service for municipal alarm verification.
Cancellation charges apply for early termination of a 36 month contract.

combined with promotional prices. Available to residential customers who

customers signing up on a 24 months term, the Internet and Optik TV rate

a la carte TV channels/theme packs and premium TV content are not
guaranteed during the 24 month teand subject to change anytime. Offer
includes Optik TV 4 theme packs and 1 premium and Internet 75 for a regular
price of $183/mo. All prices do not include applicable taxes $0 Unlimited
data offer is only available to customers signing up on a 2 year internet
service agreement. Regular pricing (currently $20 for Unlimited Data
add-on) applies at month 25. Minimum system requirements apply. TELUS
reserves the right to modify channel lineups and packaging, and regular
pricing, without notice. 4K HDR television required to watch 4K HDR. Optik
4K PVR and Internet 50 or above required to watch 4K HDR on Optik.
Subscription to corresponding channels required; not available with all

fee is $360 declining by $15 per month and reducing to $0 at the end of
your commitment term. Additional cancellation fees will be charged on the
promotional gift received which will be the sum of $549.99, declining by
$22.91 for every month of Internet service and reducing to $0 at the end of
your commitment period. If all services are cancelled early, total fee will
be $909.99 declining by $37.91 per month and reducing to $0 by the end of
your commitment term. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition
upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be
charged to the account. Samsung 55TU7000 TV has a retail value of $549.99,
based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price.
6. Based on third party testing that compared the upload and download
throughput speeds of TELUS and its major competitor’s Wi-Fi 6 devices.
Benefits of Wi-Fi 6 are only experienced on Wi-Fi 6 enabled devices. For

7. Subject to approved credit with a 24-month TELUS Easy Payment® agreement
(0% APR) on any in-market plan with data and voice included. TELUS Easy
Payment® balance will be repaid over a 24 month period via equal monthly
payments. Payment of any outstanding TELUS Easy Payment® balance due upon
termination, or account transfer. Applicable taxes are calculated based on
the total no term price less any device discounts and must be paid in full
at the time of purchase. Pay-per-use charges (including long distance,
roaming and additional airtime or data) are extra. Device purchased on the
Bring It Back program must be returned in good working condition or you
will be responsible for the difference between the Bring-It-Back program
amount and the lower trade-in value for a device that is not in good
working condition. Trade-in standards published at the time a device is
returned will apply. Applicable sales taxes are due at time of purchase on
the full purchase price. You will not be charged tax on the Bring-It-Back
Program Amount if you choose to keep your device and pay back the
Bring-It-Back Program Amount at, or before, the end of the 24 month term.
Bring-It-Back program is only available while you subscribe to mobility
service. If mobility service is cancelled before the end of the term, the
Bring-It-Back Program Amount will be charged to your TELUS bill.

Downgrading to Lite after accepting a promotional offer will trigger the
cancellation fees associated with Optik. A cancellation fee applies to the

Optik TV service and reducing to $0 at the end of your commitment term. If
you cancel a single service (Optik TV or Internet), the service
cancellation fee is $360 declining by $15 per month and reducing to $0 at
the end of your commitment term. Rental equipment must be returned in good
condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will
be charged to the account. Maximum speeds require optimal network

Regular price for Smart Automation Plus plan applies after the end of the 3
or 5-year service agreement, and is currently $33/mo. Regular price is
subject to change without notice. A cancellation fee applies for early
termination of the 3-year or 5-year Security service agreement equal to
$10/mo. multiplied by the number of months remaining in the service
agreement (with a partial month counting as a full month), plus applicable
taxes. TELUS SmartHome Security professional installation fee applies and
is $150 for customers subscribed to one or more of the following services:
TELUS postpaid mobility, SmartHub or High Speed Internet. The professional
installation fee for all other customers is $450. A $100 kit fee is charged
on self-install orders and will be added to your first bill. The kit fee is
100% refundable when you install and activate your service within 30 days
of your order. This includes installation of automation and security
devices, app installation and a walk-test where required. Once your service
is activated you will be notified by email within 5 business days that the
kit fee has been automatically refunded to your bill.
10. The $50 savings is a waiving of our $50 connection fee. Offer applicable
online only on Mobility orders for smartphones, connected devices (ie.
tablets, smartwatches) and Bring Your Own Device plans. Offer applicable to
Mobility consumer accounts only. Offer not applicable to Business,
Corporate or EPP account types.
