THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP LACTATION COOKIE
If you are looking for a way to increase or maintain your milk supply you have
come to the right place. If you are looking for a yummy chocolate chip lactation
cookie recipe, you are definitely in the right place.
WHY THIS LACTATION RECIPE WORKS?
Oats: Contains an abundance of nutrition. Oats provides plenty of whole grains,
fiber, iron and an as well as healthy vitamins, minerals and
antioxidants. They contain a high concentration of saponins,
an immune-stimulating compound that may help increase levels of prolactin, a key
hormone for milk production.
Flax Seed Meal: Provides an abundance of Omega-3 fatty acids that are necessary
for brain development.
UTENSILS NEEDED:
* Rubber spatula
* Bowl
* Measuring spoons & cups
* Silpat
INGREDIENTS:
* 3 tbs flaxseed meal
* 3 tbs water
* 2 cups flour
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 cup coconut oil
* 3/4 cup granulated sugar
* 3/4 cup brown sugar
* 2 eggs
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
* 2.5 cups old fashioned rolled oats
* 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
First melt coconut oil in a small pan on a low heat setting.
Combine all the wet ingredients.
Combine all the dry ingredients.
Add coconut oil to wet ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Roll into balls (size is dependent on what you want).
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Also make sure you are getting as much rest as possible and drinking water.
