The Unnecessary Interest Paid is the interest we will save you over those banks.
Estimate assumes no additional transactions are made and the suggested “monthly”
payment is paid every month for 3 years. Paying only the min payment of 1%
principal & interest increases the “Total” amount paid and will not pay off the
balance in 3 years. See Min Payment Example for repayment using min payment.

Trustpilot

Can’t believe everything, from start to finish, took place in couple hours. In
my case, it probably took more time because of a technical glitch on my side.
Initially I liked Aven’s idea but was skeptical, but later I fell In love with
it after I saw their process and approach in delivering what they promise. To me
getting a HELOC approval in couple hours is like recent space trips taken by
Branson and Bezos... that are quick, accurate, and fascinating. The astonishing
part is the virtual notary. When everything is online in this digital age, why
not notary? Thanks to technology and Aven. HELOC approval is no longer a painful
process.

Vasu

This new product is amazing! I tried to get HELOC on my properties through a
bank and through credit union but I was not able to. Just when I gave up, this
Aven offer came in the mail. I worked with Jag. Spoke with him a few times
before I actually applied. He was super helpful and responsive, as I had a few
glitches. I applied in the evening and was approved and ready to sign with an
online notary the next morning. Really happy with the process. HELOC is slightly
better option, but depending on the goal this product can work just great. Thank
you!

Nina
California

I was skeptical about this product after going to banking institutions. Aven is
the real deal, they are honest and they answered all my questions and addressed
my concerns. The process took less than 1 day. Jag and Camille went over and
beyond. No hidden agendas and no fine print . Def recommend Aven

QUESTIONS?

What is the Aven Home Card?
Aven is a credit card that lets you use your home equity to get really low
rates.
How does it work?
Aven combines the convenience of a credit card with the savings of a home equity
line of credit (HELOC). It works like any other credit card where you can make
everyday purchases and earn unlimited 1.5% cash back. 1
Do you offer a fixed rate?
For Balance Transfers and Cash Outs, you have the option of fixed monthly
payments – no interest, just a fixed monthly fee. Lock in your payments for 5 or
10 years (10 or 15 years if over $25K). One time 2% transfer fee. Available
right in the app.
What is my monthly payment?
Monthly payments work like a standard credit card. It is calculated as 1% of the
statement balance towards your principal plus your monthly interest rate on the
balance. See Payment Calculator
Can I get cash too?
Yes! You can directly deposit cash from your Aven card to your bank account at
the same low rate. A one-time 2% transfer fee applies.1
Does this affect my credit score?
Checking your offer does not affect your credit score. Only if you accept and
finalize your application to get your card will we do a hard credit check.
Are there any fees?
We try to reduce as many of the fees as possible. No annual, sign-up,
pre-payment fees. There is a 2% fee on Cash Outs and Balance Transfers and a $29
late fee if you don’t make the minimum payment.1
Why is the rate variable?
Similar to other credit cards, the rate is variable. It will vary based on the
Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal, outside Aven's control. As
the Prime Rate shifts up or down, so will the APR on the Aven Card and any other
variable-rate credit cards, lines, loans. The prime rate may change several
times a year or may go months or years without change. For Balance Transfers &
Cash Out transactions - Cardholders may choose a fixed Monthly Payment option -
which can be 10 or 15 years in length.
Why not get a home equity line of credit instead?
Home equity lines of credit often come with high fees (usually over $1000),
minimum advances, minimum credit limits (often at least $50,000), and take 4-6
weeks to close.3 With Aven, you can get your card in just a few days in the
mail, you can use it any number of times for any amount under your limit, with
no origination or annual fees. Best of all, you get 1.5% cash back on your
purchases.1
What are the criteria to qualify for this credit card?
1) Own and have equity in your home. 2) Have an income that can support your
monthly bill – we don’t want you to get into debt that you can’t afford. 3) Meet
certain credit criteria, including credit score, income, and property value
requirements.

1. APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is the cost of credit as a yearly rate and does
not include costs other than interest. It is a variable rate based on the Prime
Rate plus a margin that doesn't change. The Prime Rate is the highest prime rate
published in The Wall Street Journal "Money Rates" table (the "Index"). The
Index as of August 3, 2021 is 3.25%. Your initial APR is based on your
creditworthiness when you open your account. The maximum APR will not exceed 18%
during the life of your account. You may avoid interest charges by paying the
balance in full within 21 days after the close of the billing cycle (Grace
Period). Cash Out (draw to bank account) fee and Balance Transfer fee is 2% of
amount transferred.

AutoPay Discount of 0.25% is offered to new cardholders only. You are not
required to sign-up for Autopay. To keep the discounted rate, you must enroll in
AutoPay by the end of your first billing cycle, or APR will increase by 0.25%.
Unenrolling from AutoPay will increase your APR. Aven reserves the right to
terminate the AutoPay Discount program for unenrolled cardholders at anytime and
without notice.

Cashback applies to valid purchases (net of refunds or returns) made using the
Aven card, and does not apply to non-card transactions, including balance
transfers, cash-outs or reward redemptions. Cashback is accumulated as points
and redeemable as statement credit. Refer to Rewards Terms & Conditions.

This new product is amazing! I tried to get HELOC on my properties through a

Aven offer came in the mail. I worked with Jag. Spoke with him a few times
before I actually applied. He was super helpful and responsive, as I had a few

It will vary based on the
FFTR-UL as published in the Wall Street Journal, outside Aven's control. As the
FFTR-UL shifts up or down, so will the APR on the Aven Card and any other
variable-rate credit cards, lines, loans. The FFTR-UL may change several times a
year. For Balance Transfers & Cash Out transactions - Cardholders may choose a
fixed Monthly Payment option - which can be 5 or 10 years, or 10 or 15 years if
over $25K.

It is a variable rate based on the
Federal Funds Target Rate - Upper Limit (the “FFTR-UL”) index. The FFTR-UL is
determined by the Federal Reserve’s Federal Open Market Committee and published
periodically by the Wall Street Journal in its “Money Rates” section. The
FFTR-UL as of May 5, 2022 is 1%. Your initial APR is based on your
creditworthiness when you open your account. The maximum APR will not exceed 18%
during the life of your account. You may avoid interest charges by paying the
balance in full within 21 days after the close of the billing cycle (Grace
Period). Cash Out (draw to bank account) fee and Balance Transfer fee is the
greater of $5 or 2% of amount transferred.

6. Amount of 'Interest Saved' is calculated as: (Current Cumulative Balance) *

Amount conservatively assumes Aven’s weighted average interest rate is half of
customers’ existing interest rates, as guaranteed, multiplied by the cumulative
balance charged to all Aven Cards.

HELOC approval is no longer a painful
process.

Thank
you!
