     A MEMORABLE TRIP TO COURTYARD RAIPUR
     
     A journey that we would remember. So Courteous. The trip was worth
     remembering from the beginning till the point we left. A young team doing a
     superb job. All the Staff are making this property so beautiful. Special
     Mention of of the Housekeeping Staff, Mr Suraj Kumar, Mr Sakib,Ms Sarita,Mr
     Haidar. The Restaurant staff were just Superb: Mr Akash, Mr Satendra, Mr
     Chandu, Ms Madhurima,Ms Payel Roy. The Front office Personnel's were so
     helpful and courteous: Mr Sujan, Mr Chandan,Mr Rahul and Ms Akshata. Also
     Chef Mritunjoy and Chef Debabrata took so good care of us in the
     Restaurant.

     My stay with Courtyard Raipur came at a difficult time, but being with the
     fantastic staff and their cooperation and service gave me an amazing start
     to each day.
     
     I want to thank the amazing folks I met during my stay starting with the
     superb Front Desk Team - Sujan, Juhi, Rahul, Rajashree and a few others I
     can't recollect. You guys are always welcoming and prompt with any requests
     that come your way.
     
     Next were the amazing transportation team and the support staff, and a
     special thanks to Mr P.L Tiwari.
     
     Next, the In-Room Dining - Food & Beverage were delicious; they took in
     off-hour requests and prepared delectable meals. Thanks to a great team
     Chef Mritunjoy & Debo, Vimal and their staff - Ajay, Payel, Madhurima, and
     Akash.
     
     Can't recollect the Housekeeping staff as I rarely met them, but they were
     through and coming back to the room was a delight with decor each day and
     fresh linens.
     
     Security was very courteous and welcoming and it was a delight to step in
     and zone away from troubles that lay outside the wall.
     
     Thanks for a brilliant stay !!

     BEHAVIOUR IS MR. RASHID ALI IS PATHETIC
     
     while having dinner asked for a bottle of water which took more than half
     an hour to deliver. Asked for an empty glass which took more than 20
     minutes. Service incharge Mr. Rashid Ali is of no help. For any concern he
     had only one reply "you are right but I can't help'.
     Today while doing the check out Mr. Rashid Ali denied to give me the
     invoice stating that it is a third party booking. Booking (Booking ID -
     NH90176260579528) was done from MakeMyTrip corporate (myBiz By MakeMyTrip )
     wherein providing the invoice during checkout is mandatory but Mr. Rashid
     Ali denied to do so and have not given me the invoice. Also he was
     continuously arguing stating that he is doing 100% right by not providing
     the invoice. He is having a very bad attitude and his awful behaviour is
     actually putting the brand name of Courtyard by Marriott in threat.

     Excellent hotel. Great service
     The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed.
     Breakfast and Dinner was delicious and with many choices; it was a very
     wide buffet spread. The staff were friendly and helpful.

     CUSTOMER DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE
     
     I am extremely pleased with the courtesy and service provided by the F&B
     team during my stay. While dining, I expressed dissatisfaction with one of
     the items on the menu, and the Manager promptly noticed and provided me
     with an alternative menu, going above and beyond in extending his service.
     Additionally, the Chief, Mr. Uttpaul, personally attended to me and made me
     feel more comfortable by suggesting dishes from my native cuisine.
     Furthermore, Ms. Anjali displayed excellent customer handling skills.
     Overall, I am highly satisfied with my stay.
