INTRODUCTION

stc customer can easily enroll tamayouz program, maintain tamayouz membership,
or upgrade from one membership to another, to enjoy the exclusive benefits and
services by collecting the required tamayouz membership points.



To find out more on tamayouz membership and to purchase tamayouz membership
points, please visit mystc app or portal.



 * What is tamayouz membership points?

tamayouz membership points are points collected when paying mobile and landline
bills and using prepaid balance, or you can buy tamayouz membership points to
enroll or upgrade the customer to one of tamayouz memberships.


Believing on the value of improving customer experience and enhancing tamayouz
program offerings, we have updated the mechanism of tamayouz rules enrollment,
by changing the total customer 12 months rolling revenue to "tamayouz membership
points" which determine eligibility of enrolling into tamayouz program.

 

 * What is the difference between tamayouz membership points and qitaf points?

tamayouz membership points are the collected points to determine to enroll or
upgrade into tamayouz memberships. While qitaf points are collected points,
which is used to pay stc bills or qitaf partners.

 

 * How do I earn tamayouz membership points?

By paying stc bills or purchasing tamayouz membership points where every 1 SAR
equals 1 tamayouz membership points.

 

 * How tamayouz membership points are calculated?

tamayouz membership points are calculated automatically and added to your
account after paying stc bills.



 * How long is the validity of tamayouz membership points?

The validity of tamayouz membership points is 12 months, calculated from the
date its earned (365) days.

 

 * Can products or services be purchased through tamayouz membership points?

No, as tamayouz membership points used only to determine the customer’s
membership within tamayouz program.



 * When the customer’s membership is upgraded or renewed?

When the number of tamayouz membership points reaches the required limit for
tamayouz memberships, your membership will be renewed or upgraded within 24
hours.



 * How do I maintain my current tamayouz membership?

By maintaining the number of required tamayouz membership points. tamayouz
membership points are collected by paying stc bills or purchasing the points
through mystc.



 * Is it possible to enroll into tamayouz program and upgrade from one tamayouz
   membership to another?

Yes, once you have the required number of tamayouz membership points for each
membership as shown below, whether by collecting or purchasing tamayouz
membership points

- 7,800 tamayouz membership points qualifies you for tamayouz Gold membership
- 24,000 tamayouz membership points qualifies you for tamayouz
Platinum membership
- 48,000 tamayouz membership points qualifies you for tamayouz
Diamond membership

 

 * Can I gift tamayouz membership points to another customer?

No, tamayouz membership points cannot be gifted.

 

 * Can sawa customer join tamayouz program?

Unfortunately, for now, sawa customer cannot join the program

The customer must have at least one postpaid or landline number to collect
tamayouz membership points and enroll into tamayouz program.

 

 * Can I purchase tamayouz membership points through SADAD?

No, it is not possible to make payments through SADAD.

 

 * What is the excluded services from awarding tamayouz membership points?

tamayouz membership points is awarded in all stc services except DCB services.
