NissanConnect, or by operating or occupying a vehicle that is utilizing such
services (including during any test drive or riding in a vehicle with
NissanConnect) you specifically consent to Nissan recording and using the

How does Nissan collect Usage Data?
Usage Data may be collected by Nissan or its third party providers automatically

“Shine the Light” Law
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents with whom we
have an established business relationship are entitled to request and receive,

facilitate more targeted marketing, as well as for internal reporting and
