MODSY’S JOURNEY CONTINUES AS WE OFFICIALLY JOIN LENNAR

We are excited to announce that the Modsy IP and team officially became part of
Lennar on August 30th, 2023. Lennar is one of the nation’s leading homebuilders
and a longtime Modsy investor. Lennar shares our spirit of innovation and is an
incredible fit for our people and our technology.  Since our founding we have
focused on using technology to help consumers imagine what is possible and make
better decisions regarding their home.  Lennar is allowing us to do that at an
even greater scale and stretching our technology in new ways to meet the needs
of homebuyers.

Founded in 2015, Modsy developed a visualization engine that allowed consumers
to scan their rooms in 3D and work with online interior designers to virtually
redesign their home.  The team and technology were assigned into a new entity in
2022 and shifted away from providing online interior design services to focus on
the core 3D technology related to the home   On August 30th, 2023 the remaining
team and IP were acquired by Lennar to enable the next generation of 3D
innovation for the home.
