Alford Burton was established in 1987, and became a subsidiary of Newstead
Insurance Brokers in 2021. 

Our core business is arranging insurances for medium size and small
organisations, ranging from manufacturers to professionals and contractors to
charities.  We also handle personal insurances such as household and motor,
predominantly for the principals and employees of our commercial clients.

Our team are experienced professionals, so are able to assist in solving your
insurance problem, however complex your requirements might be.  We arrange all
classes of non-life commercial insurance.

We have access to a broad range of markets, including Lloyds of London, and will
work hard to remove the administrative time and hassle for you in dealing with
your insurances.

We believe in putting back into the Birmingham community that we serve, and we
were one of the first companies in Birmingham to sign up to Birmingham City
Council’s Birmingham Business Charter for Social Responsibility, so you can be
confident you are dealing with an ethical, community minded organisation.

PAUL ECCLESTONE | DIRECTOR

Chartered Insurance Broker

Paul has worked at Alford Burton since 2004 and been a director since 2018,
using his technical knowledge and experience to deal with all types of
commercial risks ranging from SME to complex risks.

When not being a broker Paul is a family man who likes to holiday, paddle-board
and dog walk.
