I’m Andrea Bonsey, Registered Psychotherapist and Career and Life Coach, and I’m
guessing you are here because you are exploring changes in your life.

Take your time checking out this site… My Services page will give you
information about what I offer and how I work.

I intermittently offer Workshops that provide opportunities for you to accompany
and be accompanied by others, to provide each other with community, motivation,
support, kindness and accountability.  And if you are looking for some
self-directed personal work, please check out my E-course to see if it could be
a fit.



I love gathering and sharing information.  My Resources page gives you more
information about who and what is out there to support you on your journey.

On occasion I park some of my thoughts in written form. If you would like to be
kept up to date with my irregular musings, workshops or other occasional pieces
of information I like to share please sign up for my email (I have no intention
of filling up your inbox…) or follow me on social media – which I have to admit
I am consciously stepping away from, and am now using sporadically.

My experience and belief in counselling values the importance of the safe,
supportive, non-judgmental relationship provided. The About page gives you
further information about me (surprise surprise) to see whether you feel I could
be a good fit for you.  And I am here, when you are ready, to answer questions
you have.
