     REVIEW OF AC MARRIOTT HOTEL BLOOMINGTON MALL OF AMERICA
     
     If you are looking for a high-class place to stay, the AC Marriott should
     be your choice. Staff was extremely helpful, especially with a check-in
     issue I encountered prior to arrival. Tracy handled my issue in an
     outstanding manner, and check-in (check-out too) ended up being the easiest
     I've ever had at any hotel. The hotel itself was very modern, spotless &
     clean, and close enough to both downtown Minneapolis & St. Paul, and the
     MSP Airport (across the freeway). Parking was plentiful and free. I would
     highly recommend this hotel, and will be returning to it on my next trip to
     Minneapolis.

     Unhappy customer with front desk staff. Just some of them. There are a few
     maybe like 2 ladies that have excellent customers service skills. But the
     manager of the front desk is the rude of them all and that explains why

     screen notes under…. Additional Charges: on-site parking fee 15 USD daily

         Thank you for staying with us at the AC Hotel Bloomington Mall of
         America Not satisfied ! I understand your dissatisfaction and assure
         you that it was not our intention to trick or deceive you in any way.
         We strive to be transparent about any additional fees associated with
         your stay. We currently have complimentary parking on our parking lot
         and parking ramp. We will however implement a parking fee starting in
         July to ensure the maintenance of our parking spaces for our guests. We

     The room was very clean and there were plenty of towels. The soundproofing
     was reasonably effective against the noise from low-flying aircraft.
