Safety and Airspace Regulation Group and CAA Stakeholder Feedback Survey This survey will take 5 minutes to complete and is completely confidential. In 2019, the CAA gained the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 9001:2015 accreditation for our management system, and customer focus and feedback is one of the quality principles at the foundation of the ISO 9001 standard.
