Heart attack is a shocking disease. It always strikes when one least expects it. In this article, you will be looking at 2 real life case studies of people who died of a heart attack. From their 8 characters and luck pillars, you can see the symptoms of a weak heart.

Pick the best color. One crucial decision to make when ordering flowers is your choice of colors. Choose flowers that are appropriate for the occasion. Most of the time, florists would recommend spring flowers for their timelessness and beauty.

One good change is my sensitivity to other people. Though I have always been a sensitive person, I am more sensitive now. My daughter's death, her appointment of my husband and me as her children's guardians, and becoming a GRG (grandparent raising grandchildren) have given me many new writing topics. These are good changes. What about the not so good?

The first point of dealing with the death of a loved one is to accept loss as a basic part of our life cycle. Anything that is born must eventually die - this is the law of the universe. When we are young, we tend to forget that our physical bodies are mortal. We also tend to overlook the fragility of life around us. Because we are so consumed in our daily routines, we forget that the physical universe around us; is only temporary. If we continually remember this fact then we will be able to find our inner source of happiness and security. Accepting a limitation related to our human life is only the beginning of dealing with the death of a loved one.

Let me make this very personal - my dear old mum died nearly two years ago, after suffering from Alzheimer's for a number of years, and we certainly feel her loss. Our family's faith as Catholics, does not do away with that loss, nor does it lessen it, nor does it remove the tears. But I know that she has not ceased to exist, no more than our love for each other has ceased. I talk to her but she's not here, and that's hard. And so I keep my eyes on Jesus, who assures me that a day is coming when we will meet up again. Mum is gone, but not forever. That hole in my heart will one blessed day be filled again, not by some poor substitute, but by the real person I lost for a while, and the infirmity and horror of Alzheimer's will be no more. This is God's doing, and it is wonderful to behold!

The Vikings (1958-Not Rated) stars Kirk Douglas and Tony Curtis as two brawling Viking half-brothers. This grand costume drama ended with the Viking funeral that became idealized in popular culture. "Prepare a funeral for a Viking," Tony Curtis intones after the mano-a-mano fight that leaves Kirk Douglas dead.

If you feel it's all too much, you can ask for help. There are many grief counselors out there that make their primary job helping you. They know exactly what they need to do in order to give you the best assistance possible. Also while many people prefer shielding themselves from friends in their moments of pain, that is the wrong approach. You need to talk to your friends, you need them now more than ever. Don't be afraid or shy to ask for their company. Sometimes just knowing that you have a friend that is ready to listen, helps.

Family members should work together to make sure each part of the service is taken care of. Delegating during this time is essential as it is extremely difficult for one person to take on all of the details by themselves. Planning a funeral is rarely a happy event, but with some cooperation, help and practical advice, you can create a lasting and memorable final goodbye.

Also while many people prefer shielding themselves from friends in their moments of pain, that is the wrong approach. You need to talk to your friends, you need them now more than ever. Don't be afraid or shy to ask for their company. Sometimes just knowing that you have a friend that is ready to listen, helps.
