California.  

Get one step closer to health coverage (dental, too) by creating an online
account today!

Health insurance just became more affordable through the new American Rescue
Plan. There is now an additional $3 Billion available in financial help for
people of all incomes to help make the monthly cost of health insurance even
lower. Start with our Shop and Compare tool to get a quick look at the different
plans available in your area, and how much you would pay. The amount of
financial help you may get depends on your household size, annual income, age
and location (zip code). Many will get a brand name health plan for as low as $1
a month!

Creating a Covered California account will allow you to view your application
online and update your account information. When you apply for coverage through
Covered California, your application is automatically checked to see if your
family is eligible for financial help, if you provide your income. You’ll need
to select a qualifying life event  or “Learned of American Rescue Plan” when you
apply for health coverage through Covered California. 

If you need help, give our Service Center Representatives a call at 800-300-1506
or speak with a Certified Enroller in your area who will answer your questions
and help you enroll.

Sometimes the most difficult part of creating an online account is choosing a
password. Here’s a helpful tip: To create a password, please avoid using common
dictionary words or keyboard patterns such as “Qwerty1!” For additional
information on creating an online account, visit our website.
